Update: I just want to say that the reason why I now move this to four stars is because of how my bad review was handled and how the owner/manager took care of me today. I have to be honest and say that I understand that we are all human and we all make mistakes. Please be kind and take into consideration peoples' feelings especially when you work in the service industry. If you want quality work at this nail salon please call Jenny. She will steer you in the right direction. She fixed my nails and made me feel whole again. I would also like to add that, although the nail tech that did my pedicure was making fun, she did do a good job. I just got the worst manicure and pedicure and service that I've ever had at a nail salon. I am almost in tears. I am a mom and I don't get to get out very often. I try my best to be so nice to everybody and still at the salon they were so mean talking trash about me in a different language as if I couldn't understand by their energy that they were making fun of me. Even after they burned me with the water for the pedicure. I should have taken that as a bad omen. The nail tech made fun of my feet... The girls doing my nails only asked me what I wanted and what color I wanted and aside from that there was zero communication between the two of us. In the end my nails look Janky and wonky. She said you're done and then walked away. I paid $120 to get made fun of and to get bad service here. The massage chair did not work and did not give me a massage. My nails were supposed to be oval and they are crooked with jagged edges on them. How in the hell do you get jagged edges on a round fingernail. On one of my pinkies she cut me and as you can see from the pictures she basically glued my nail to my finger. read more

Very quick service and they were able to take us in as a walk-in! My mom and I both got a gel pedicure, I took the regular package and she did a tier above and it totaled out to $100+ for two people. This is a good spot for an impulsive day out with a friend and/or if you just need a nail service in a hurry. read more

Actual price on the handout they give you when you sit down was several dollars more than price posted on wall, so head's up on that that that menu is outdated. I tipped 20% and my technician made several comments asking me if I had more cash, which I found uncomfortable, so I won't go back. read more

I came in 2 days before my weddding. Never went before i just had people recommend getting a set and went here without review. I wasnt asked what i wanted, just sat there with nail colors and they told me to "pick." Once i told them what color i wanted he began right away. Very quick and the shape was good. However there was still no communication. Ive only had my nails done 2 other times before this and usually they ask what id like... when i saw him go for the colors i finally interjected with a picture of french tips. Whote french tips (almost similar to the color i picked) and he just told me "you cant do that" i asked why he said "you already pick this color for full base" I got short almond nails (which i ended up no liking on myself) i did like the color so I just sat there. My nails finished and I was charged $60 lol. From now on im sticking to Etsy where i can get any length and size or anything for that price or less. Do not bother. I've had pedicures from thousands of places and this was by far the worst. I tried to be patient and give them a chance but it just kept getting worst. It was clear that the man I had for the appointment had NEVER done it before. Was using the wrong tools was confused just picking at my feet. He was confused about the products and kept asking the staff questions about everything..I kindly asked for him to just finish and I wanted to leave immediately. They then had a woman come try to save the appointment but it was too late at that point. Even she was rough and rushing which made the experience even worse. They suck and are slow, expensive and their nails don't even look cute, for the price we have to pay. Also, their workers are rude, and when I got back home from the nail salon, my toe nail polish peeled off even when I got regular nail polish not gel.. and they took a long time just for that to happened. Advice for the ladies who are more like me and know what they want, be sure to communicate that or else some staff will do what they want. I went in for a spa pedicure & manicure. Both were fantastic! Halley did my manicure and she was very nice and my nails look fantastic. She also added tips to my thumbs to get the length to match my finger nails. My cuticles also look great. Jennifer did my pedicure and from start to finish I enjoyed it. My pedicure came out decent but she cut off HALF of my real nail and tried to charge me to put an acrylic nail on top of what she broke...after going back and forth she decided not to charge me for it. I am still furious the day after getting my nails done here. I will say that this is one of the better nail salons in the Lemoore area but sadly this will be my last time there. As others have stated the family that owns the business is very nice and welcoming but that alone will not make my nails look beautiful. First and foremost WHY WHY WHY do they allow their older daughter to assist in doing their customer nails? Every time I see that I get extremely irritated. Maybe they are buddy buddy with the state inspectors or better yet maybe no inspector ever shows at all! I have been unhappy with this place before but this last time I'm completely fed up. I left with my nails looking horrific. It looked like a 2 yr old polished my nails. I was so tired and I did not have the fight in me to make a huge scene. I just know that I'm never ever going back. I had my gel polish removed. The man that works there didn't bother to make sure that my nail bed was smooth at all before applying my polish which resulted in my nail polish looking lumpy with streaks and there was polish all on the sides of my finger that he didn't bother to clean up. I take my daughter in there a lot and always her the nail polish not gel this time I took gf and daughter their. I told them I want regular nail polish because gel come off quickly and cost more. Well they put gel and charged me for that. When I told the lady she said well I put it on and you have to pay for it and I should have asked you if u wanted gel. I was in Lemoore over the weekend for a baseball tourney. Caught a break from all the games, so I decided to sneak in some pampering. I found this place via Yelp. The experience was great! Their place is clean, and everything is well sanitized. I opted for their deluxe package. A little steep for $45. I live in the Bay Area, and I'm so used to getting a basic pedicure here that includes everything in that deluxe package but the wax. It only sets me back $30. However, the person who did my pedicure did a good job. The10 minute feet massage was excellent. The only thing I would nit-pick is that I had to ask for the third coat. They were just going to stop with two coats, but with the colors that I chose, two coats were not enough. You could still see the nails, and the coverage was not great. read more

So after my initial rave review about this place, I went back. And instead of getting a gel pedicure and manicure, I just got a basic pedicure. All of their regular nail polishes are OLD. You can see the separation in the nail polish bottles. If you pick up some of the polishes, some of them don't even move. This family is super sweet but they don't invest in their own business, nor do they keep it very clean!! That was my 2nd and last experience there. You know when you use old polish and it kind of glumps up on your nail and isn't smooth looking? That's exacty how my nails looked. I went home and re-painted my own nails after I left! read more
