I come here every now & then to get a pedicure. My pedicure was AMAZING!! The guy did a great job. However, I decided to get my nails done today & wanted a white tip. Another guy did them & he didn't do the best. I told him I wasn't happy with it & instead of offering to fix, he said I asked for these nails. Service started out great . I used to have really good nail work done by a lady nail technician who works there , however she does not prefer to do work on customers who pay with card probably so she can claim her tips under the table . She went as far to pressure me to go to an atm to pull out cash after my service once instead of paying with my card . I pay with card or cash depending on what I have on me . So the next time this other nail tech started doing my nails . At first he did a good job , but lately the paint jobs have been streaky and the service hasn't been good . I actually get anxiety going in now . I've had to go back to get my nails fixed because the polish comes off the next day or the Matte finish gets dirty . I hate to say it, but after years of going to this location, my time there today pretty much put the nail in the coffin. I have overlooked stuff here and there because I usually have great service - so you take some hits and keep on moving. I spent 4 hours there between a Manicure and Pedicure. I was sat in the Pedicure seat decently quickly, but then I sat there for over an hour. My water had gotten incredibly cold during that time and the chair/foot tub eventually shut off because it had been running the entire time. The nail tech I got (she is newer, extremely nice, and does a great job), was told I wanted their new Luxery Manicure and Pedicure combo service. It is the most expensive on the menu, yet being combined is a little cheaper than separating the two. The Pedicure went fine, and then onto the Manicure. For this combo - it is listed that you will receive the same volcano treatment as the Pedicure - which I did not get at the time of the Manicure. Again, sometimes you let things slide. Nails were filed, and after washing my hands, she had gotten everything out go begin painting. I asked nicely if the combo I had asked for, twice now, included the scrub (which it did on the information on what is included). She didn't seem to understand, so the male owner came over and kind of forced his way of thinking vs listening to my concerns. I didn't want to pay for a service I was not getting. He said yes it included it, but didn't listen to me when I mentioned I had not gotten over half of the service that came within the Combo. I eventually gave up and said to just finish with the basic Manicure because that's what it was at this point. I get over my disappointment after being there for 4 hours and not getting what I asked for multiple times - but then here comes check out. $113!!! Excuse me.... yes I know I needed to pay extra for gel on my fingers, but when I was also charged that for my toes -_- the last 4 hours of my time was not worth $113. Gel polish does not cost $15 extra for 10 nails (fingers or toes). No design, no cute bling - a simple one color on fingers and toes that will need to be redone in a couple of weeks. read more

I've been to this nail salon a handful of times now. I was always pleased with the performance and over all atmosphere of the salon. Today was an absolute turning point, and the reason why I will never be getting my nails done here again. So I originally had acrylic nails and I went in to get them removed. So he begins working on my nails, of course the procedure is painful so I pay no mind. He comes to one of my nails and it is so painful I pull my hand away. He tells me it's okay and continues. My nail begins to bleed excessively. So I immediately ask for the manager. This is what made me so upset that I wanted to scream, she told me that accidents always happen. That I was not the only person that this happened to. Disgusting customer service skills. Once they cleaned me up I realized that they have RIPPED my nail off. Visited this salon on 8/6/19 at 5:40pm I decided to rewrite my review for this nail salon because although at times humor is definitely the best medicine to cheer yourself up after...it's not the best way to show you that you should stay away from this place at all costs. I went in with my mother and we both wanted pedicures. After a few minutes of waiting, we finally got a seat at the massage chairs. My mother and I both got male "nail techs" or whatever they want to pass themselves off as. I was sitting and the man handed me a laminated paper with the different pedicure packages and their prices. I decided to go with the package that has the basics and only the callus remover which was supposed to be $30. So, I told the man that was what I wanted. The time before I came, I got a gel pedicure, so the man noticed and tried to convince me not once, not twice...not three times but FOUR times for me to get gel and blah blah blah. I totally get how upselling works, but if a customer says no--multiple times. It means no. To add, because he knew I had gel previously, he bumped up my price $5 more to remove my gel polish??? I'm sorry...what? So if that weren't frustrating enough, the man who was working on my toes decided to bump down my package to the basics but instead of the callus remover, he did the paraffin wax. As someone who is working at a place...it is NOT your place to downgrade your paying customer to something they didn't originally ask for. This new package was going to cost $28. So he begins using cotton pads to remove the gel off of my toes, and he maybe let the solution on the pads sit for about 30 seconds. Then he took off the pads from my toes and began aggressively filing off the polish from my toes with so much force. For time sake, I am going to put the actual part that made me literally scream. The nail tech goes to the back and brings back the hot towels and the paraffin wax. He then he proceeds to grab the paraffin wax bags and doesn't even feel it, but by the way he was handling the bags, I had a feeling the wax was VERY hot. And he stuck my foot in there and it was indeed WAY too hot. I told him multiple times that it was very hot and clearly from my sudden reaction and repetition, everyone around me saw my reaction and saw that this was no laughing matter. He proceeded to press in the paraffin wax to form my foot. What upset me beyond belief was the fact that this man literally told me, "No it's not hot....no it no burn..." Are you kidding me?? Are you really trying to ignore my blatant cries and tell me that you did not just burn me??? By this point, I was very very close to tears. I don't even think he was able to handle the heat from the plastic bags because he turned on the cool water and pushed my foot down forcefully in there. After about a couple of minutes, he proceeded to put my right foot into a different bag with wax. This one was manageable unlike the first time. After some time passed, he came back and took the bags off of my feet and all of the toes on my left foot were very pink and were in so much pain. He began aggressively massaging that specific foot because he too, must have saw how horribly pinkish red they were. I felt my toes becoming almost numb and hot. I also have attached a picture of both of my feet, where you can visibly see my left toes were burnt and inflamed. It truly disgusts me that this man tried to tell me otherwise that he did not burn me. My point is, nail techs need to understand that they are not working on wax figures or whatever, these are real people that they are working on and they can cause real damage to their customers. I will never be stepping foot at this nail salon again. read more

I went for the second time and it's not the same experience I had the first time. I got a male tech and from the beginning he was super pushy! To get in first when my pants were not ready. Water was boiling hot! Pushed that I got a regular color and not gel. "Get gel!!!!" Then which one do I want? "Oh get this one, it's only a dollar more." This place has just gone downhill since the management changed. Their location gives them a lot of business and they don't seem to care about the quality of their work. It used to be super clean, with brand new polishes, and everything up to date, as well as very hygienic. I don't see any of this anymore. The mani/pedis are rushed and sloppy, and you'll wait 30-40 minutes with your feet waterlogged. At $60 bucks, this is unacceptable. read more

Went to the nail salon on 12/10/2016 On 12/10/2016 I had my eyebrow waxed Tina Luu from Super Spa Nails. When I walked into the building I was asked what I needed. I informed them on my needs and Tina said to walk to the back of the building to the room on the left. When I walked in I saw a chair/reclining chair and a bed, I stood there for a few minutes waiting was Tina because I didn't know if I was to lay down or sit. I couldn't tell if she was washing her hands or what because she was helping another customer with a pedicure prior to coming into the room. When Tina came in she asked me to lay down and began working on my eyebrows right away without question. When the process began, I closed my eyes and felt was the hot wax applied first to my right eyebrow. I thought at first that the wax was unusually hot, but dismissed it thinking that I was sensitive to the heat since the last time I had my eyebrows waxed. As soon as she tore off the first strip from my eyebrow, I just felt a painful burn sensation, but thought it was normal due to the sensitivity previously mentioned. I noticed that she stopped a few minutes to get cotton and start wiping my eye with some kind of liquid. I noticed that she did wipe several times then continued on. After she was done waxing my right eyebrow, she suggested that I get my eyebrows waxed several days prior to my event so that my make-up will blend better with my eyebrows. I found the suggestion strange because my eyebrows are typically red and irritated after waxing, but not for very long. Ms. Luu proceeded to work on the other side. I bared through the pain thinking all is well. When she was finished I looked my eyebrows and it appeared to be more red than normal and felt very painful. I went to the lobby area to pay and she suggested to me again to wax my eyebrows days before so it is not red. As soon as I walked out and felt the cold air on my face, the painful burn increased. I rushed to my car thinking it all just normal and drove away. While driving I couldn't bare the intense pain and looked to see what was wrong. As I looked in the mirror I saw the redness of the burnt areas with missing pieces of my skin from the waxed areas. My skin felt raw. I saw piece of cotton stuck on the raw area and wiped off the piece of lint. When I looked at that piece of lint it was reddish pink and appeared to be blood stain. I rushed home and had my husband take pictures immediately. Since it was already later in the evening and I still couldn't fully see the extent of the damage this person had done, I went to my event. After getting home I washed my face avoiding the affected areas as much as I could and treated the affected areas with Neosporin. On Monday 12/12, I missed work to go see my primary doctor. She confirmed that my face was burned and skin was ripped off from the burn. She referred me to the Dermatologist who I saw later on that day. The dermatologist gave me 1 cream for the burn and an ointment to keep infection away and suggested a sunblock with high SPF so minimize the sun damage in that area. I called and went the establishment on Monday 12/12 to make them aware of the situation and to get the license of the esthetician, which was Tina Luu, License Number Z92180. I was told that the manager Vicki is not back until Wednesday, 12/14. She called me on Tuesday 12/13 and apologized about the situation and was told that Tina will not be waxing and that this is not the first time she had done this. Vicki, the manager, stated to me that Tina had the same incident happen to another client before. The manager Vicki was rude, questioning the doctor and dermatologist of their diagnosis and said that I would have just give you a cream. My medical insurance claimed the injury and this nail spa refuse to pay back my insurance company. Vicki refused to give me their insurance information to claim my medical bills. read more

Horrible service! Pedicure suppose to be relaxing and my tech really sucked!! I was there for 2 hrs, she spent more time being nosy than working on me! The pedi lasted only 30 min. Paid for #3 and got the #5!!! The man on workstation number #5 was definitely unprofessional & felt he was talking about me because he, my tech and 2 other unprofessional/unexperienced techs started speaking their language and laughing. Definitely the service here has drastically changed (for the worse) since Vicky (owner) passed it on. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and money coming here. I usually go to Lucky Nail Spa, but they were closed today. I decided to try Super Spa. I called at 11:30 to see what the wait was like and she told me 20 minutes. I then told her that was good that I would be there in 30 minutes. She said that is Perfect!! Then she said she would go ahead and write my name down which was awesome! ....So I show up at 12 and waited until 12:30 ended up leaving because I have to go to work this evening and mani/pedi generally take an hour or so. I felt bad I had to leave :( Down side was the quote time was incredibly off. The up side is everyone who was leaving had beautiful nails, plus when I called she added me to the list which she didn't have to do. I used to come here all the time but took a break for a bit. When I returned recently, I noticed that some of the staff had changed and the prices went up. Not a huge deal so I went ahead and had several appointments. The quality of work was just not good but I gave it a couple more chances and well, today I popped my acrylics off because I had mold underneath. I've never had that issue before and am mortified. Each time I come in, and it's kind of busy. Now, I'm used to a salon being busy on a Saturday but here's the issue: each time I've been given underestimated wait times. Each time, they start tending to other customers that walk in after me, but are there for pedicures, before me (I asked for a full set, a fill, and this time was a simple color change). Well today will be the last time I come here.. so this morning prior to going to the nail salon I called asked if they had Apple Pay bc I had left my wallet in my husbands car who was at work. Anyways the owner (lady) answered and said yes they did have Apple Pay . I had a pedi/mani/wax when it's time to pay I said oh I'm doing Apple Pay Hailey my nail lady says oh the lady left which is the owner.. I said that's the only way I can pay that's why I called before I came bc I didn't bring my wallet.. she tells the husband which is also the owner.. they call the wife (owner). She gives me her number to add on Apple Pay but for some reason it Did Not want to work so I said do you have Venmo. Lady sends the scan code . If you use Venmo you would know you have to put something on comments so I added nails for connie (that's me) . I told the husband ask her if she received it. He became upset bc I put nails on the comment .. says I have to do it again bc the money is not for the nail salon I think he thought he was getting charged. I explained to him I had to put something in the comments and that it was free.. I don't know what he was telling his wife but hangs up on her and tells me you can't use Venmo or anything else anymore . I told him how is it my fault she's not here , I asked before I came . The worst nail place in Lemoore. Bad customer service. Im surprised they are still in business. My son first went in to ask if we needed an appointment or if there was a sign in sheet in light of the current Covid situation since there was no sign stating otherwise. The sign said walk ins welcome. He was told to come back at 11:15am which we returned at 11a and 2 other customers had been taken before us. I asked if i needed an appointment or if there was a sign in sheet, and no response. I was standing there like an idiot waiting, i understand they were busy BUT maybe if they had a receptionist to attend to the walk in guest these types of things wouldnt happen.
