Update: I just want…read moreto say that the reason why I now move this to four stars is because of how my bad review was handled and how the owner/manager took care of me today. I have to be honest and say that I understand that we are all human and we all make mistakes. Please be kind and take into consideration peoples' feelings especially when you work in the service industry. If you want quality work at this nail salon please call Jenny. She will steer you in the right direction. She fixed my nails and made me feel whole again. I would also like to add that, although the nail tech that did my pedicure was making fun, she did do a good job. I just got the worst manicure and pedicure and service that I've ever had at a nail salon. I am almost in tears. I am a mom and I don't get to get out very often. I try my best to be so nice to everybody and still at the salon they were so mean talking trash about me in a different language as if I couldn't understand by their energy that they were making fun of me. Even after they burned me with the water for the pedicure. I should have taken that as a bad omen. The nail tech made fun of my feet... The girls doing my nails only asked me what I wanted and what color I wanted and aside from that there was zero communication between the two of us. In the end my nails look Janky and wonky. She said you're done and then walked away. I paid $120 to get made fun of and to get bad service here. The massage chair did not work and did not give me a massage. My nails were supposed to be oval and they are crooked with jagged edges on them. How in the hell do you get jagged edges on a round fingernail. On one of my pinkies she cut me and as you can see from the pictures she basically glued my nail to my finger.

The owner Jessica aka Cat was very fun to talk to along with the other ladies! I had my wax session with Alex. She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. I've been waxing for a long time so generally it really dose not hurt, but it was painless. I will definitely recommending this place to any and every chic I know! This place is a gem out here in the valley that can rival any high end wax spa in the SF Bay Area (where I'm from). Definitely glad I found this place!!!

After I arrived, I checked in, signed a waiver paper and waited. I was kind of nervous because it was my first time, so I wasn't sure what type of pain to expect. They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.

The lady on the phone let me know that the time I requested was available. I was actually surprised since it was so last minute! It's a very small but super cute salon, and very clean might I add. First impressions are everything so just by the looks of this place walking in, I knew I picked the perfect place to get my eyebrows done. My stylist was Elvia, she was seriously so kind and made sure to do my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them done. She asked specific questions on how I wanted them done so they would come out perfect, which they did! They used an organic wax, (not to sure of the name) but I really liked it and she wasn't rough with me at all. It was the best waxing experience I've ever had. Literally no pain!! I called Elvia and she got her in the next day (Saturday). Elvia and LaDawna consulted together to figure out the best approach to fix her very difficult hair color. Elvia did an AMAZING job! Emergency fixed and I have a very happy girl. I couldn't be more grateful for these two ladies!
