If you're looking for CALM, RELAXATION OR RELIEF this ISN'T the place to go. Unfortunately I have to say I am incredibly disappointed with the services I received. With the economy right now this isn't a practical expense, it's necessary for my medical needs. I live with chronic pain from multiple diagnosis. I hadn't been able to move for two days before I broke down & made this appointment. The massage therapist Kasie was very cold and unwelcoming. She seem perturbed that she had to work. The massage experience was not of professional standards, I was questioning during the service whether she was even certified. She did not follow my muscle structure and rubbed on my bones more causing more stress. Also it's worth to mention that when booking the appointment on their MINDBODY app there's no mention of mask requirements & she required me to wear a mask during the entire service. When I told her I have COPD she told me I could leave and she'll refund me if I don't like it. INCREDIBLY RUDE! I wish I would've left at that point, but I was in so much pain I was in tears & decided to be a bare though it hopeing to get relief. Sadly disappointed all around. read more

Only knew about my appointment because I got a copy of my receipt. Very disappointed when I called and explained I never got a reminder. I go to Shawna for waxing and she is professional, friendly, fun, and takes care of everything you need! She makes sure you are comfortable; the environment is always clean, neat, and pleasant. Everything smells good (which is something that is always important to me) and the whole salon although small, looks like it is well taken care of. I also like that they will email you the receipt, which is great for the environment! The only complaint I have is that the business owner recently raised the prices and although I don't have a problem with raising prices to cover rising business costs, the raise should be minimal so that the customer does not see a huge increase all at once. There was recently a 25% increase in the price and that is huge. Also, when I went to pay, the owner did not warn me about the new prices, they did not send out an email to their clients informing them of the change in prices, nor did he really explain anything when I asked about the unexpected charges (I had to ask Shawna about it later). In my experience, this is something you want to help ease your regular clients into and let them know, especially with a 25% price hike. read more

This is my second visit. I came for a massage and an eyebrow wax. The massage was exceptional. I have a huge knot in my shoulder that Shawna worked on. It feels so much better. Unfortunately, what would have been a five star rating was brought down to three (I even debated giving two), because my eyebrow wax was horrible. The skin of my right eyelid has been torn off. I did mention it was stinging and Shawna put some ointment or aloe vera on it, but because it was still red, the damage wasn't noticeable until this morning. My skin is quite sensitive, and because I'm darker, I'll now have a huge dark area that Ill have to treat with fading cream once healed, which takes months. I'm upset, because it's my face and a very visible area. Honestly, there is nothing that can be done to fix that, except give it time. read more
