I am giving 2 stars for Erica but she really deserves a million! She's great at what she does with nails and so sweet! Now on to the bad. Facial wax. I normally get my upper lip and eyebrows waxed only at a different location but bc of the time, i wanted to be closer to home. The manager there Alina convinced me to do a full face hair wax. She tried to convince me prior to do the $75 pedi and wouldnt stop insisting. Anyhoos, I told her this and explained my current skin regimen and she assured me that she had a product for sensitive skin. I told her multiple times. After doing my right upper brow, she said something about my skin being sensitive. I asked if it would be ok bc I still had errands. She assured me it was ok and continued. The application of the wax felt weird, not a smooth application. She used the same strip to remove remaining wax in the same area at times. Other workers in the main nail/pedi area were talking and after applying wax to my cheek area she stepped away to put some input in whatever they had said. I didn't understand the language. I found it odd she walked away. Came back, pulled the strip etc. Towards the end she tried to out something additional on my skin that felt like alcohol to a cut and I had to tell her to stop. Got into my car and my face was burning red. She didn't give me any aftercare instructions. I called in from home and explained my concern and she told me to apply Vaseline. I started noticing my skin actually looked peeled off!!! I went back to talk to her and show her and she said it was irritation that would go away in 2-3 days. I insisted the skin was peeled and then she said it can take a week. She kept trying to touch me, got in my face...I had to ask her several times to please not touch me. She kept at it. She offered to refund me $10 dollars which I think she forgot but I paid $40 for the whole face. The original $10 was brow and upper lip that i understood unless she was only trying to return my tip. She kept trying to touch me and I just walked out, refused the refund and will absolutely never return. I had her show me the product she used, some Gigi Honey for sensitive skin. I looked up the instructions and she totally did not follow them!!!! I understand everyone's skin is different but wow. The way she handled it and still didn't give me aftercare instructions. I googled and had to buy special products for my face. It took a week or more to clear. I also had wax stuck on the edges of my actual head hair. So messy. I've had brow and upper lip done at least 4 times before with no probs. If you see the pic, she even peeled those areas. Terrible. She insisted she didn't realize my skin was sensitive until the end. Nope! You did upper lip and brows first Alina! You told me! Do not recommend Alina doing your facial wax. Good luck! read more

I went in for a fill and was completely unsatisfied at the end. the service was 55$ originally and when I asked why it was so expensive, she told me because it's "$45 for a fill, $5 because I had a broken nail, and $5 for gel" to which she ended up taking the $5 charge for the broken nail off. With the sloppy work, it shouldn't have even been $50, but also $45 for a regular fill and $50 for a gel fill is completely outrageous but I digress. I should've left when I didn't see a sign telling the prices when I first walked in. This is not my normal nail salon, I only tried here because my nail lady has been on vacation for 2 months, and I've regretted getting my nails done every single time since she's been gone! read more

Owner is great. I received a pedicure from Erika, which was a pretty great pedicure. There was a mistake on my receipt where I was charged the total amount on my signature receipt for the tip, therefore doubling my fee. I didn't notice it until a few days later when I was putting that final receipt away. I was out of town, but the day I got back I went to the salon to get it worked out. The owners immediately knew what I was talking about as they noticed it in their daily paperwork and seemed odd to them that my tip would be more than the original charge for the service. They saved the receipt from their original paperwork and showed it to me. They seemed happy that I came back in because they didn't have my contact info. He immediately returned the correct amount. It was all a mistake, but lesson learned - check your receipts before you leave out the door! read more

Me and my sister went to Paris spa nails we love going there because ken the owner does very good pedicure. When we got there was an hour wait which was fine so we went shopping for groceries and then came back they were more full than anything so We waited a little bit longer but bottom line is they left my nails horrible looking I don't know mans name who did my nails and he left them horrible charge me $60 and Head under age girls helping to polish them now good working on someone else while he was working on me which I didn't like because he did not wash his hands in between nor did he give me the attention that you should be given when you get your nails done, I will not be returning there to ever do my nails. read more

PHYSICAL ASSAULT! BE SAFE, DO NOT GO. Nothing about this visit was pleasant. I will bore you with the details and that we agreed on a service (gel ombré) after painting base coat she was unable to do the service. Explained manicure price is 25 but ombré dip would be 65. I settled for a simple one color. (Also i was super sweet commented on her shoes in no way did i show I was upset or any attitude, i was polite) After completion I went to pay, and to be honest this wasn't going to get a tip. I went in to get a manicure because I don't want paint on my skin if I wanted that I'd let a child do it. When it was time to pay I was told it was 35 (the man and women both now agreed at 35) when we JUST HAD had an entire conversation on the price. So I go to pay, only cash, great use atm. ATM doesn't work, so I was told to go out to the smart and final PURCHASE more and get cash back. Okay I do that. I paid what the initial price was 25. Set on the counter have a nice day and left. Next thing the lady who did this job was pounding on my car door stating it was 35 dollars. In no sane mind would anyone open the door to someone physically assaulting my car. They got paid the service price. And it took a lot for them to not also get paid a criminal charge. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. LUCKILY I've moved on to Paris Spa Nails, I just stumbled in one day and have never looked back! Tried this place as the old one we go to messed up my daughter's acrylic overlay nails and I am glad I did. I got Christina who did not rush my pedicure and even took time out to take out the dry skin on my tows. I will definitely be back! read more

I pointed to what I wanted and said this but in real and she said ok then she started to do my nails and she did them as if I was getting just polish so she had to essentially almost do it over and then she blamed me for not being clear or saying anything but this was only the third time in my life and first time in years that I had my nails done so how was I supposed to know she was doing it wrong? Also, I literally pointed to what I wanted in their examples and she said ok, the polish was not in the examples I looked at! She then proceeded to be so rough when she was fixing them that she cut multiple cuticles in my fingers causing pain for a few days after getting them done. The pedicure was much better but I don't feel like it was worth it as they didn't put any pressure at all when massaging so it was her dragging her hands up and down my legs and they don't use the normal wax that I am used to. Really good pedicure, however gel manicure was a disaster. Gel polish was all over cuticles ad skin on sides of nails. Whatever polish they use is like cement. It wouldn't release and required soaking over 30 min, a dremel, scraping, and further cleaning and the polish still hadn't fully come off. It took almost an hour just to get the botched gel polish, sort of, off. I highly recommend avoiding gel polish here. I do recommend regular polish manicures and pedicures though. read more

I was very happy with my service here! I wasn't too sure as when I walked in it seemed like a ghost town with friendly staff but it was great it meant prompt speedy service! I went in to have my gel polish changed because I am from out of town and after 24 hours I wasn't happy with the color! They provided me with a very nice natural pink color.
