I would love to go to the Ulta Benefit Brow Bar if I knew I could depend on getting the same brow wax every time I went in, but I can't. It's unfortunate because they are supposed to have a tried-and-true method. The Ulta store in Hanford, in particular, is a waste of my time. I literally walk into the Vietnamese salon in the adjacent parking lot, pay less money, get in the same day, and get a decent eyebrow wax. Ultra management and corporate, your Hanford store it's not living up to your expectations! I suggest you help it fast!
