10 min before appointment. She texted me and gave me an option to reschedule for later. I asked if she was on her way she said yes. I asked that she please get here as soon as possible as i had texted her 45 min prior that i was here already. She quickly responded she didn't like the questioning and would be canceling the appointment. Clearly this woman lacks common sense and manners. Professionalism is garbage. I wouldn't recommend anyone schedule an appointment if you value your time...because she won't honor her appointments much less you or your time. read more

Johanna is so awesome! I was having a problem with my natural lashes due to a birth control I was taking, which caused most of my lashes to thin out and FALL OUT and made me super insecure. I've never had lash extensions before, so I was a little nervous because I'm sure everyone has heard the 'fake news' that "lash extensions make your natural lashes fall out," which is TOTALLY UNTRUE! Each time I go back to Jo to get a fill on my lashes, I can see lash growth again where there wasn't any before. I've only been seeing her for about a month or so, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lash extensions. Started getting my lashes done a few months back and in love! Very clean and personable. Loving her new location too!!

Following my appointment my eyes were bloodshot, watering uncobtrollably and a section of my right lashes were poking my eyelid when I blinked. I went back that same day for her to remove a few lashes. She removed a few, asked me to blink again and when I told her it was still pokey she asked "well do you always blink that hard?!" I informed her that my other lashes were not uncomfortable and it was just that specific section. During this time I informed her that my eyes were still very red (she did not comment) this was 2 hours after leaving my initial appointment and after eye drop applications. Later that evening I sent her a message and asked her if she had suggestions to decrease the redness of my eyes. She informed me they will go away by tomorrow (June 29th). Throughout the entire night, I continue to place my artificial tears in my eyes to help flush out my eyes; however my left eye began to become sore/tender when closing them. This morning when I woke up, both of the bottoms of my eye balls were very sore/tender and they still were very pink. I informed Johanna of these symptoms and that I will be consulting with my doctor and opthamologist. At this time I requested a full refund for this unpleasant situation; however she denied my request and explained that I had a sensitivity to the glue and that it was out of her control. She also said that she has never had this happen to her so she knows it is not her fault. I then informed her that my doctor reported my eye was irritated and that I am not allergic; however, it is irritated by the way she placed the bottom lash pads (scraping the eye ball)-I also consulted with an extreme lash technician and she reported the same. Johanna continued to reply that I am just sensitive to the product despite my doctor reports. Johanna was nice during the treatment and my lashes are pretty; however, lack of concern and lack of professionalism (no test strip, no consult beforehand, no offer of partial refund) and lack of proper care during treatment (placement of pads, no response to constant watering eyes) is not desirable. This was my first eyelash extension treatment (in years); however, she was not informative or thorough with the steps of the treatment or pre-treatment steps. Sadly I cancelled my full appointment with her and I will not be going back :(. read more

I do appreciate her moving my appointment up if she has the time or a cancellation. She is very clean and thorough with her work. She takes her time and understands my needs as a client and the look I desire. She also waxes my eyebrows and is very careful and precise. I do appreciate her tips for face care.
