As soon as a took a step in the shop, I could feel the vibe so off. No welcoming at and all I get is a "Sit here". The lady I had was so disrespectful and was rushing and when she finished. She didn't even offer to give me Aloe or even waited to see if she needed to do touch up my eyebrows. She rushed to the counter and tried to charge me when I didn't even take a glimpse of how she did. When I looked she didn't even clean my eyebrows that well there were still hairs around the arc of brows. I was so frustrated I didn't even bother asking her and finished cleaning them myself. I hope this lady is okay though. If I could rate this place a Zero I would. Your better off somewhere else when they charge $13 for a half ass clean up. read more

Take your money and time elsewhere. There was no one in the front when I went in and heard someone talking in the back so I thought maybe there's a client?? She comes out and asks if I was doing eyebrows, I say yes, she points at the chair then goes to the back and continues talking for another 5 mins, then comes out and I see her earphones (there was no one back there). She begins by throwing a tissue on my chest? And is on the phone the whole time while she quickly, SLOPPILY does my eyebrows. Mind you my eyebrows were 5-6 weeks grown out so they should be noticeably defined, and they're not. She left a lot of little hairs throughout my brows and the front ends are not symmetrical whatsoever. Such HORRIBLE customer service and service in general. read more

In all the times I've been here I've only had to wait once and it wasn't long. If you do have to wait they have a couch and tv. Another plus is the inside is always clean and well kept up. Aside from threading they also do henna art by appt and they have a small selection of jewelry, handbags, key chains and some misc items for purchase. What I like about this place is I've never had to wait for longer than 5 or so minutes. They are also very fast. However, I think that maybe they are too fast. The first time I came in, I left satisfied. Since then the experience has been just ok. I've come home and found smaller stray hairs that should have been threaded which sucks. I've been getting threaded for a long time now & I know the drill. A good threader will take time with you & tediously thread to ensure there is no hair; depending on their experience, it can be a quick process or a not so quick process. Also, I don't think I've ever been offered aloe after (which is standard at the other threading places I've been to). read more

I love coming here, however today's visit really bothered me. The store owner, which I guess is the Indian lady was on the phone while she was doing my brows. She was on speaker phone and told me to "hold on" twice as I was lifting my brows for her. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a while now. I had an awesome girl named Erica in Hawaii that did my eyebrows. I moved to Lemoore and looked for a place nearby. Tried this place out and there was only one worker. She was very quiet. The place was empty so I sat down right away. She practically ripped my skin off. Everything was burning when she was done. She messed up one of my eyebrows. And I brokeout. Needless to say I tried out many different people in Hawaii and this has never happened. I won't be going back to her. I have tried a few different threading places but usually stuck to Walmart to get my brows threaded because of the price; however, recently I decided to try somewhere new as I began to notice how I would leave the previous brow threading places not fully satisfied with their work. I came into here for the first time and left very happy with the job that was done, and the time that was taken on my brows. The owner of the shop explained that they have been in business for 10 years and she has experience with brow threading for even longer. I am happy with how my brows turned out and definitely plan on returning. One thing that I did notice after I left was that I was not offered aloe Vera gel at the end, which is something I am always usually offered but that's not too much of a big deal to me personally. read more

My Gf went in to get her eyebrows micro bladed and she came out loving them. Baljit did an amazing job and was great at explaining and assuring her that her standards will be met. The customer service experience was great and so was the procedure. The fact that it's in Hanford is very surprising, my girlfriend was researching so many places and was even considering going to L.A. but we found out Ramen was trained in L.A. and practices in a private location in Beverly Hills! i've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 6 years and have never left a place crying. i am hispanic and have veryyy dark thick eyebrows. i grew them out for two months because i like them extremely thick and natural looking. before i even sat down i said "PLEASE JUST A TINY CLEAN UP I DO NOTTT LIKE THEM THIN" and then she proceeded to remove almost all my eyebrow. they are pencil line thin and look like two different brows. one is completely higher than the other and crooked. not even a nice shape. i went back and she fixed my right eyebrow to atleast be the same height as my left but i have no idea how she even has a license to work in a salon. i have never in my life seen a worse eyebrow job from threading. i will never let her touch my face again. read more
