I went on to have my brows cleaned up via threading today. I go to this place about once every 2-3 months and the one gal who has worked alone for some time, always asks how I would like my brows and after completing 1, gives a mirror for me to ok for the other. Today, there was another gal. Didn't ask me anything or even speak until it was time to hold my eyelids. Terrible job. I understand needing help-----that place is always busy, but IF I ever go back... I'll wait for the veteran. read more

I came in here 3 times and all times they have left them uneven and undone. Today I came and they left them so boxy and horrible.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in asking for a clean up, and i specifically asked her to leave my eyebrows as thick as possible (this is not my usual eyebrow place but I was in the area). Walked out with uneven and SIGNIFICANTLY thinner eyebrows. The experience was awful. read more

There aren't very many places in Hanford to get threaded, & I think this place is the best in town. The owner is very nice & accommodating to her customers. I've been threaded also by two other employees & they do good work as well (I dont quite have a favorite yet...;)). This place can get crazy crowded pretty quickly; I would recommend if at all possible, come during "off" hours (during the middle of the week). I've noticed (& this observation is for all the threading places I've been to) that threaders tend to do their best work when the shop is empty & no one is wating for them to finish. They will really take their time with you. Last time I came in was during a Wednesday, it was empty & she really took her time with me. My eyebrows were definitely on point :) She (the owner) also does a great job with men's brows. I've seen lots of guys come thru here; one time I dragged my husband & he was so curious she offered to do his. They didnt look threaded at all! A very natural look. I usually pay with my debit card, but I noticed that their machine doesnt allow you to enter a tip. So do remember to come in with some cash for the tip. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. YES I have thin eyebrows but it had been almost two full months since I'd had my eyebrows done and I walked out with uneven eye brows, no shape, AND she managed to take some off the end of my brows! I told her I was unsatisfied and she replied it's because my eyebrows are thin. I'm sorry I've had the same eyebrows forever and never had any issues until this visit. I had come once a few months before and decided to try again because the same lady did not do a good job but she did MUCH worse this time around. I'm so angry read more

Narinder is the BEST My boyfriend (of all people) actually told me to go here since he gets his eyebrows cleaned up here and they always look good. I'm VERY particular with my eyebrows... these are my babies.... plus I wear glasses so brows frame the frames on your face. And usually when I go places they take too much off and I walk out looking like a chola with pencil thin eyebrows. Not here!!! Him and I have never ever had a bad experience... she is always super friendly to us and gives us amazing eyebrows! They offer different threading services and also henna! They do have a membership deal so make sure to ask if you come more than once a month. I have bad experiences in different locations around Hanford area, to the point where they actually cut me with the thread... She has NEVER come close to hurting me or messing my eyebrows up! Narinder is the sweetest, kindest, most genuine person. She will go out of her way to make sure her clients are happy. I called her once to get information regarding the henna work she does. It was 20 minutes before she closed and I asked whether I could stop by to have henna done since I needed it for an event that night and I wouldn't be able to go any other day. She agreed, she met me with a smile, I scrolled through various pictures and I was being extra picky with the design I wanted but she didn't seem to mind, she didn't rush and took her time to make sure I liked the design. She stayed after she was supposed to close and she even offered me food and a discounted price on the work she did. She's honestly so selfless and kind. She's the best and her work is amazzzzing! Narinder is genuinely friendly and has greeted me with nothing but a smile the whole time my son and I were there. I needed some henna art work done on my hands and feet for my friends wedding and she stayed in her salon on her lunch break and closed the store so that she can give me her undivided attention. She is very detailed oriented and took her time with me while drawing on my hands with henna. She was even very accommodating to my toddler and made sure he was comfortable the whole time I was there. I will now even start coming here to get my eyebrows waxed. I thought my eyebrows were okay until I compared to a pic of my eyebrows after a threading in SD. I noticed that she took off too much in the middle and part of the end tail. My eyebrows are already lacking in the middle so I normally draw them in on certain parts but now I have less to work with.
