Why wasn't I contacted about a possible cancellation? After asking all these questions, I was told they called twice from an unknown number-- but no voicemail was left. As a teacher, I do not answer my phone between the hours of 7:30-3:30pm. Without a voicemail or text from an unknown number, I do not dial back. When I said that I cannot make the appointment time before 4:15, they said bye-bye. In recap, they did not email me or leave a voicemail saying they were cancelling my appointment. I had to drive from out of town to find out they cancelled my appointment without my knowledge and would not see me. Extremely unprofessional.
