I feel this is not only an obligation on my part but it's courtesy and I don't mind. Although, after having done so. I later learned the appointment never got canceled. Which indicated the courtesy call was of no value, as well as being ignored and having to correct the schedule a second time. EWC Wax technicians are great and I always appreciate the professionalism. However, I feel the receptionist duty is an important factor in the process of continuing great customer service. Greetings should be genuine and professional at all times, which should include becoming efficient with information given/received to and from customers. There appears to be a lacking and should be addressed.

They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. I thought that meant I'd get a more laid back and relaxing service. My manicure felt rushed and the polish layers were lumpy. Too much of my cuticle was cut so that area was sore and stung when they poured alcohol on it. The pedicure was good, but the tech cut too much on the bottom corner of my big toe so I bled.
