I feel this is not only an obligation on my part but it's courtesy and I don't mind. Although, after having done so. I later learned the appointment never got canceled. Which indicated the courtesy call was of no value, as well as being ignored and having to correct the schedule a second time. EWC Wax technicians are great and I always appreciate the professionalism. However, I feel the receptionist duty is an important factor in the process of continuing great customer service. Greetings should be genuine and professional at all times, which should include becoming efficient with information given/received to and from customers. There appears to be a lacking and should be addressed.

There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more.
