What they dont know is I was a loyal customer to my last eyebrow lady (7 years)and she butchered my eyebrows then after I went too 3 different ladies and the last lady made my brows so thin which traumatized me until my cousin said to try pinky which I've been going to the past almost 2 years every 2 weeks faithfully. I have also sent 5 different new loyals to them. The first time was for a full set (great), the second time was for a fill (also great) then this last time is why I am writing this review. I usually spend over an hour here, this time it was MAYBE 45 minutes, that's being generous. Jennifer did my fill and it seemed like she was in a rush. I'll attach pictures but my nails turned out so bad that I had to fix them at home. While fixing them, I noticed that she barely filled anything. What was I charged for then exactly? Pricing here is a little wonky. I was charged 55 for a full set, 52 for a fill my first time (I did have a shape change) then this time it was 50 for the fill.. Unfortunately I will not be back and will be sticking to doing my own nails at home.

I would like to preface that I reached out to Amy "Rose" BEFORE I wrote this. I was a bridesmaid in one of my best friends wedding. Amy did not specifically work on my hair but her assistant or partner did (I don't know her name). I told the stylist that my hair hardly holds curls but does hold well with this random bed head wand that I have and I always use. The stylist replied with a super rude tone and said "I don't use wands and I trust my products"; I respected that and trusted she would take care of me as I was spending well over $100 for a few hours of hair.... She did not. My hair didn't come out anything like I hoped AND the curls almost immediately began to fall out. I asked her to redo it and she tried but was already cutting into time for the other bridesmaids. I also (regretfully) mentioned somewhere that my hair had fallen out a bit after giving birth and the stylist then proceeded to use this against me as to why my style wasn't coming out properly. I was beyond offended because she never would've said that (to salvage her horrible work) had I not mentioned that to her to begin with. Mind you, Amy was already on her 3rd client in the bridal party and I was STILL being worked on by her partner. I couldn't bare taking up anymore time or causing a scene so I regretfully agreed to what she had done at that point and went to the bathroom to fix my hair with my own wand at which point they barely held as there was so much product in my hair. At the end of the day, it wasn't MY day and the bride herself looked absolutely stunning. I'm sure Amy's/Roses work is great but her unwillingness to work with me after knowing how unhappy and offended I was with her partner is super disappointing. She also mentioned to me that there is a contract signed with the bride that there is absolutely NO money back after the wedding and all services are final. She said I should've said something the day of but on what planet would ANYone cause a scene or dig into precious time on the wedding day? I just am not that person and would never ruin someone else's day like that. So whether you're a bride or part of the bridal party please be aware of this.

I had been a loyal customer for years when Nina owned the salon, but I will never return under the new management. From the moment I called to make an appointment, I should have take that as the first red flag. The female employee taking the call struggled to understand what I was saying, even after I repeated myself several times. She never even asked for my name before "scheduling" the appointment and told me she'd be doing my nails in replace of Nina. The male technician who sits at the front right of the salon at table #8 was extremely rough with both my child and me. While doing my child's nails, he made several of her fingers bleed and then aggressively pressed oil into the cuts instead of acknowledging what happened. She was in pain the entire time she said. When he did my fill, the experience only got worse. He repeatedly drilled and filed into my skin and underneath my nails, put his long fake finger nail into my cuticles multiple times breaking the acrylic from my skin, gripped my hands and fingers painfully tight, and constantly jerked and pulled my hands around. He also couldn't understand what I was asking for, which led to an argument with another employee before he literally yanked my hand away from her. By the time I left, my fingers, hands, nail beds, and even my joints were aching from how rough he had been. My child and I sat in the car afterward and cried. I've never left a nail appointment feeling scared, sore, and upset before. It was an awful experience, and we will never return or recommend this salon to anyone. If you choose to go here, I would strongly advise avoiding the male technician who sits at the front of the salon at table #8.

But I feel like she was just pulling her own strings and doing her own thing. She never asked me what color I would like my case to be and ended up using a builder gel already tinted pink (very NOT natural) so I had to work with that as my base color whether I liked it or not. Everytime I asked "am I ably to file my nails shorter, or make it less boxy, she would just look at me, look at my nails, and then start speaking to her coworker. I feel like if she asked me questions along the process rather doing her own thing; I wouldn't have to voice myself so much :( I'm not from the area & needed my nails done desperately but I definitely won't be coming back. Had to go somewhere else to get them more natural/less thick/fix the shape.
