Really disappointed with this salon. I paid $80 and didn't even get the service I paid for done properly. It was rushed and sloppy, and my nails only lasted 2 days before lifting and falling apart. Vibe was amazing, the women who helped me was really nice and even got me in last moment but 87$ for full set that looked nothing even close to what I wanted. She couldn't even do a French tip! (That was 100$) I ended up telling her to do all pink because the nails looked straight up like shit! I don't even know how she let me walk out like that and was okay with it! It disappointed me because I'm not one to be rude! But it pissed me off! If you're charging that much money at least be good at what you do!! These were my Valentine's Day nails! I had to go to another nail salon to fix them again paid money! And when I went to the other lady she said my nails were sooo uneven and not filed even my cuticles weren't cut. Came from Tulare, appt was at 330. Went in a little after 3 for a manicure for my granddaughter. The girl said we would have to come back at 330 because we were 30 mins early. I said we will wait and the girl in her snobbish attitude said, That we could not wait inside but another lady and her daughter were waiting. No restrictions stating no one allowed to wait. Obviously since there were two already waiting and seating available we still were not allowed. Instead of waiting outside in 90" we called Happiness Nails in Tulare and are going there. I came to Kingsburg because that's where we were originally from and also had an hair appointment that was a Success at Extreme Looks and they are always very professional. I went in today for some acrylics for my prom, which is tomorrow. A lady who usually does a good job started to do my nails, but started doing a different customer and the male owner finished them. The tip on my thumb is actually cracked, but it was covered up by the powder so you can't tell. The male was extremely rough and clearly in a hurry, they were fairly busy. My pinky is slightly misshapen and most of my nails don't have any nail polish on the side of the nail. Underneath my nails needs to be shaven/filed down. In general the acrylics look sloppy and definitely wasn't worth the money I spent. The end of my nails are also very rough. My prom is tomorrow so I'm stuck with some botched up nails. Also, I never saw the guy wash his hands. He was doing a pedicure when I came in, did my acrylics, then went off and did another pedicure. I'm not a health inspector but I'm pretty sure that's a health code violation... I don't recommend anyone coming here. read more

Got acrylics done by Tammy. They looked so amazing and I was so happy with them. Except that it's been 3 days and one of them has already popped off and the others, literally every one of them has some kind of lifting on the sides. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS!! This is just a joke. I can't believe these people are still in business. They only get one star because I have to give them a star. Update 6/21/15 - so I went back to have Tammy fix my nails. I let her know that they were lifting already and one came off and others looked close after only a few days. She said she would fix them. I was looking forward to getting to update this review and say what great customer service they had. Unfortunately I can't do that. She CHARGED ME to fix a crappy nail job. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes. What kind of customer service is this? I told her I was disappointed that this is how they would treat a customer, especially a returning customer. What can I say? I went in for a pedicure. The water in the foot bath was barely lukewarm. The guy who did my toes was barely adequate. The worst though was that he wouldn't shut up! He began talking about the new gas tax and after trying to change the subject several times, he just kept going back to it and talking my ear off. What was supposed to be a relaxing, soothing experience was a nightmare!! He didn't let me dry my toes under the dryer, just left me sitting there while he went to the back of the room and played with his phone. I finally had to pay one of the other ladies before I left. I got a mani and pedi here for the first time. My nails were done by the male owner. This is the WORST mani I have ever had. I rarely write reviews, mainly because I have very little free time, but I think people should know about it before spending money for their services. I got a gel manicure; there was more polish on my cuticle and nail folds on the sides than on my nail. My 3 year old daughter could have painted my nails better! Immediately after the mani I had a business meeting and I was so embarrassed to show my hands/nails. Needless to say, I spent $80 on a poor-quality service. I gave them one star only because they allowed me to come back to have them "cleaned up". It wasn't much better after the "clean up", and the polish is starting to lift up around the cuticles. I went in for a fill and my nails look terrible. The guy was super rough on my nails and sloppy with applying a simple clear coat. My nails are uneven and look so bad! Awful quality, the Worst manicure and acrylic application I have ever had! Negative stars if it was possible. First off he didn't even shape or clean my natural nail, he glued the tips on crooked (which I didn't notice until it was to late) the the acrylic was applied unevenly, didn't even cover some spots and when I asked him to fix it I was told that he could sand it to make it right, then he was extremely rough and cut my cuticle up with the sander (one finger was bleeding!) Top coat application was sloppy/uneven and got all over my fingers and didn't get cleaned up. If i hadn't had another appointment I would have demanded a re application. I got gel polish on my nails today. The man who did them did a horrible job. He painted more of the gel polish on my skin than on my nails. Then when I asked him if he was going to clean the polish up, he said that I would have to file it off at home or wash my hands, a lot, to get the gel polish off. He also didn't soak my nails, and scraped and pushed my cuticles back dry. When he started cutting my cuticles he pulled them more than cut them and it hurt every time. The only problem (and it's a very small one) was I think the gel color I wanted was previously mixed up with a similar one.
