From the first call until I made my next appointment, this is by far the most professional salon I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. When confirming my appointment, Serena asked me for a photo of what I wanted to achieve with my hair. This is the first time I have ever been asked this and it was a great way for Serena to know ahead of time what I was trying to achieve. On appointment day, the salon was clean and bright, Serena saw me right at my appointed time and we discussed my current hair color and what I wanted to do. She gave me the BEST Salon experience ever. Great to talk to, asked the right questions and delivered what I had been trying to get my standing stylist to do for years. My new look is fabulous, I have never been happier and I recommend Serena and Lejon to anyone in the area seeking a fresh look from a super professional stylist. Thank you, Serena! You are my "go to" for as long as you'll have me as a client.

Been to this salon several times now with great results. I heard a lot of negative reviews but…read morestill decided to make an appointment and gave her the benefit of the doubt. This last appointment my hair was good but all I wanted was it thinned out and textured so I texted Vanessa on Monday, which I know is her day off, but simply asked if she could get me in to thin/texture my hair a bit, no response so I waited a few days to ask if she received my text. Her response: "Yes I did. I am off Monday and Tuesday so today was my next day back. I think you are too particular and I can't make you happy so I am going to pass on any other services for you. Thanks take care" my sister had a bad experience with her as well. She simply asked her for a layered trim, she ended up cutting most of her bangs, so my sister commented on it, and Vanessa threw up her hands and said "I'M DONE!" Obviously this girl doesn't like it when you tell her how you want your hair done. Yet " your hair is your crown" If you don't like it, and ask her to fix it, she'll cut you off just like she cuts off all your hair when you simply ask for a trim... beware, this girls got anger issues.
