Today was my 2nd experience at this salon and I have to say they are top notch. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. They are very clean, attentive, and the prices are good. What I really like the most is that they listened to me. I have a medical issue with one of my feet and need a pedicure technician that will be very gentle. They were great! The second thing I would like to add is a comment about the poster here Christy C. I never met her but I can tell you I was in this facility as a new customer the day she and her young daughter were there. Everything was fine and they appeared happy with the service. I was shocked when they went up front to pay. OMGoodness! She immediately started s loud argument about how she didn't want to pay for her daughter's service. She yelled and wouldn't stop, even after the man in charge gave in and said he wouldn't charge her. I'm pretty quiet but felt her actions were totally out of line and I spoke up from my chair and told her she needed to leave NOW! She did begrudgingly and still yelling. I felt so sorry for her young daughter and also for the staff at this facility. They were visibly upset and apologetic to the other customers. I hope this lady cleans up her act. read more

First time their wish had told me I had to check in on their tablet for starters because they base walk ins by the check in. Service was great staff super nice. I had wait 30 mins they were really busy and kept telling me soon get me. Space pretty big which I like doesn't feel crowded. Reason I gave 2 sanitation issues. They placed spacers between the toes not sure if they actually clean them after every use. To be honest I was very concerned with nail tools they used and the cleanness/sanitary of them. read more

Always pleasant. Easy to get in for appointments. Generally really good work. Reasonable prices.

I paid $50 for this. There was only one other customer in the spa, so I wanted to take my time reviewing the colors. Unfortunately, they ushered me to the chair and tried taking my purse out of my hands to get me to sit down. The colors I picked out were not the colors I wanted, but I decided to be flexible. When it came time to painting my nails, we discovered that the colors had been misplaced, and I had to choose again. When the pedicure was complete I decided to cancel my manicure for fear of the same sloppy result. Maybe their business model should focus a little more on quality over quantity, because clearly quantity will diminish with this kind of quality. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE! people that work here do not know what they are doing. The nail quality is terrible. Lady didnt file my nails right and did ny thumb as a duck shape nail instead of square. Horrible do not come here and also the person that did my sisters nails kept getting up to do another girls nails. We were at this nail salon for 3+ hours just for a full set. read more

Don't ever go to this spot. They're very un sanitary!!!! After getting my nails done I got fungus under my nail, one even got infected I had to go to the hospital to drain puss that was trapped inside from the nail fungus!! Worst experience ever. Do not recommend read more

Absolutely disgusted with this place, I came in with my 3 year old for her first pedicure and they also decided to paint her nails and upgrade her polish to gel without asking me and tried to charge me 30$ on top off my services. They were very rough with my 3 year old daughter and had her in tears, then as I tried to walk out after paying they say and tried to argue with me in front of my child. This place is a absolute joke.! read more

As a licensed nail technician my self the first thing you learn above everything is customer service. Telling a little girl that's getting her nails done for her 8th grade promotion ceremony that she doesn't think that herself or her mom can afford more rhinestones is beyond unprofessional and unethical and the amount of cuts on the little girls fingers is alarming. Now is she in pain and in risk of an infection which we'll be monitoring for. It's sad to see a starting business accept that type of behavior and it's infuriating to see a fellow nail technician with no work ethic. read more
