I was excited to visit this new nail place for Mother's Day. Everyone was very friendly and super attentive, so that was a plus! We were also a walk in and only had to wait for 40 minutes on a holiday. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was really cute inside... With all that being said they absolutely could not execute a relatively simple design. I like my toes square and always get builder gel or acrylic on my big toes. I requested the design from Pinterest and as you can see my toes look absolutely nothing like my request. The gel polish also looks thick and clumpy... TBH I'm almost positive I could have done the design better myself. Other shops I go to can do my designs well, so I probably won't be coming back but if you just want a simple gel polish it probably won't be a big deal. read more

I made an appointment for mani/pedi for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday nails. She got the full service of having two of their staff working on her nails at the same time. Everything felt very lush and the chair are new so no rips are tears. The massage options worked well. I'm happy to sit in a chair that is fully functional. My daughter was happy with her nails. I end up getting a builder gel to start my nails off naturally. I'm excited to see how long they can grow with each visit. Definitely will be back! read more

Came here because my daughter wanted her nails done a specific style for a wedding she was going to be in. Logan did an amazing job on her nail art! DO NOT GET BEN. I asked for a full set 2 days ago, and it is already lifting and I have had 2 nails break off. They did a weird UV light that also burned my skin so bad! More than it normally does! And his version of "french tip" was apparently paint down to my cuticle. The paint is uneven and splotchy, and my nail shape is extremely crooked. Other times I have been here have been amazing... not so much this time. 2 stars for the atmosphere, not so much the service. read more

I wanted to try out this new place. I got the full service pedicure by Henry. He was awesome! Not a lot of talking, which I enjoyed as I like to relax during a pedi. He did an excellent, thorough job! I like you can schedule on line and the massage chairs are so comfortable! The girl at the front desk was nice and attentive! Went in today for a gel pedicure with callus removal. The male tech kept coughing all over me and sneezing never once covered his mouth. He scrubbed my feet with soap for two minutes and claimed it was "callus removal". Will not be recommending or returning. read more

First time coming here and first time getting gel x and wow. Cindy did an incredible job, on my fall nails that I wanted. I was an acrylic girl for a lot of years and after taking a break from nails this past year, trying gel x sold me. I can't wait to go back just to see how they fill it lol. The vibe here is like chic chill if that's a thing. Definitely a beautiful place but everyone seems very relaxed and I just reallly liked it. This place is super cute inside and the girls at the front are friendly but I wasn't too happy with my service and for the price I paid I expected better. My gel toe nails are very chunky and uneven, I asked for a white tip and they are thick and messy. I have gel stuck on my skin. I have a "usual" spot and sadly wish I would've stuck to it because this $62 I paid was such a waste. This place is so convenient which is why I gave it a try but I'm sad and highly disappointed and the first impression it left isn't sitting well. Just to edit, I did talk to the manager and she offered to have me come back in to take this off and redo my nails OR to give me a gift card. A full refund is not an option. And as much as I appreciate the offer and her apology the thought of having to sit for something that should've been done correctly the first time isn't sitting well with me. I had to put this time aside to begin with. Personally, going back is not an option for me. Whether the service is free or I get a gift card. First impressions really are important. read more

Arrived to my scheduled appointment and waited 30 minutes for my mani/pedi to start (not sure what the point of making an appointment is). I was cut several times with my thumb being the worst bleeding and the technician just put pressure with their own thumb instead of using a cotton ball or any antiseptic cleaning solution. When my gel manicure was finished I had to point out that the gel didn't cover my entire nail so they had to redo it. It was my first time here and I paid $80 for my nails to be ready for my sister's wedding, so this was a disappointment despite the positive reviews here. I won't be coming back. read more

Love Chloe! It's less than a three minute drive for me, they're always willing to schedule a last minute end of day pedicure. Chloe closes at 7 but I was able to book an hour long pedicure at 6:15. Twice and they were more than happy to get me in. Henry graciously fixed up my nails Personally I pay the most expensive pedicure as I wait months before getting them done and they usually look disgusting (I stand 10+ hours a day and exercise 6 days a week) The woman up front is always so sweet and helpful, They provide included with service White claws, mimosas, speciality drinks, etc Would recommend having a fun girls day here. Loved how throughly and fast my pedicure was. However, the owner kept getting interrupted during my manicure service and it took her an hour and a half to do my nails. When she was able to finally sit for a long period she finished in 30 minutes. That made me upset because really I could have finished in an hour. I ended up being the last to leave the shop. I called ahead of time and asked if I can get everything done in an hour they said yes and I was there for 2 hours. If I knew I would have not gone. I thought it was super unprofessional and I was being very graceful and patient. Although my nails do look great, I don't think it was ok for her to feel comfortable enough to stop any time she was interrupted which made my service take longer. Even though, she was apologetic. I value my time and I thought she was being very inconsiderate of it. For example, her daughter was messing with her while she was trying to do my nails and she had to stop twice. She had to stop again to do a quick one toe fill on another client. She had to make a phone call which slowed her down. Then had to talk to her employee about something. I know I was a walk in but there were alot of walk in's the time I went in and I was the last to leave. I have been there twice and their services are decent. Idk if I would be going back because I'm paying about $100 for services and the customer care is not there. I still tipped them but I'm disappointed because they're so close to me. I only stayed until the end because I didn't have time to get my nails done anywhere else because the next day I plan on heading out of town. This was one of the worst pedicure experiences I've had. The entire service felt extremely rushed and careless. There was little to no cuticle work, and overall, there was zero attention to detail. I paid for a jelly pedicure, but the process was poorly executed. My feet weren't even soaked at the same time, and the technician repeatedly pulled my foot out of the basin by my big toe, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The most frustrating part was the "massage." A timer was set, and instead of actually providing a proper service, the technician started cleaning the basin while the timer was still running. It felt like I was being rushed out the door rather than taken care of. This was not relaxing, not thorough, and absolutely not worth the money. I would not come back. read more

I got a gel pedicure at first which good. Usual pedicure with the buffing, scrubbing, nail polish, and lotion in the end. When the acrylic came, I first noticed that the color I initially picked, 066, was not used. Since I was low on time and had to go to work, I decided to just let it go. Then came the nail shape and I told him, Son Le, to make it into almond, which was a good try. However, with all the he made sure to make them equal, they did not come out as equal. Moreover, he nicked my left pinky. He was pretty clumsy with the buffer and drill, and was pretty aggressive with my hands. When it came time to put on polish and dry the nails, he allowed so many bubbles to be shown and as the customer who just trusted him after every dry under the LED light, you'd think it would be good. When he was done, I took it upon myself to inspect my nails. Many bubbles, polish that was dried outside of the nail (which the owner took it upon herself to clean it per my request), and he blamed me for "not being relaxed and that my hands apparently moved a lot," which I would twitch a bit because he would drill my skin and would buff my nails aggressively. Overall, the lady who did my pedicure was nice. The owner and the front desk worker were both super sweet. They even offered my nails to be repainted but I had to refuse due to time. I hope that when I come back Son Le would habe improved as I know the place is still pretty new. read more

I waited an hour to receive a pedicure and 6 people that had arrived AFTER me got seen first. I had went up to the front desk to make sure i was still on the list and she said yes that i'd be next. THREE more customers went ahead of me and i was told that because they had appointments they had priority. They continued to skip over me so i left and did not receive service. Had a great first time experience here. Got gel builder nails done with nail art, and it turned out beautiful! Looked like the replica of the photo inspiration I had. My nails ended up lasting for 3 1/2 weeks before I went to get them removed. They never chipped or broke. I like that it's clean here with a lot of bright lights. They also have music playing in the background and offer water. If you don't like something, you just have to be honest and voice it out and they'll try to accommodate. From what I've seen, they value their customers and want people leaving happy, but they are busy. read more
