I regret coming here. Seriously $75 for not even an hour that I was here and he screwed everything up. The color was not what I wanted, my feet are still rough, he missed several spots when polishing my toe nails and on my manicure my nails were cut too short and they're "u shaped." They had quite a line so I'm sure they just saw money signs and wanted to get people in and out as fast as they could. It's definitely quantity over quality here. The "clean" tools used over and over were not even sealed. I saw him fake open it in front of me which breaks laws. This is the last time I come here. I was a walk-in and wanted a pedi only. Gal at counter gave me a $40 gift certificate with an exp date of October 2025. I thot this is nice and I will definitely return. Had my pedi by a guy (I preferred a gal). He was just ok and when I went to leave he wanted the gift certificate back. I was a bit offended as I told him I was gifted w this and I had already paid for the service. .. no one could speak English very well and they all just looked at me like I was an alien....well I finally said.....here's the certificate and stated, "I will never be back"! I used to exclusively go here but never again. TWO TIMES during my massage he told me I need to make an appointment next time. Like the first time fine, but the second time. Like okay I messed up I didn't make an appt, can I relax now? It says walk ins welcome but I did not feel welcome. I Got a pedicure and manicure, I was asked THREE times if I wanted to do just the tip on any of my toes or fingers and I said no. The FOURTH time I finally said fine. I really don't care about the color or look as much as the cleaning up and massage and such anyway so whatever just do tips. I told him just on two fingers then. Just cause I was so pressured, and didn't know when he'd stop asking. I figured it's cause it's less time and less polish he wanted to go faster. was charged EXTRA for "art" after for it. It was less polish AND less time. AND one less coat. So annoying. No one he kept pressuring. My fault for giving in but after saying no three dang times I was just annoyed and said yes. I spent 200$ for my daughter and I. And I do that once a month. Sorry but the pressure over and over again for the extra 10$ for "art", and telling me I need to make an appt next time. Twice. The guy who did my pedicure did a great job so i wanted to get a manicure as well. For starters I wanted my nails shaped almond and he gave me square and when i tried correcting him he told me "No almond. Square" He continued doing my nails then used his THUMB NAIL to push back my cuticles. Very dirty and unsanitary. After a while of filing he also filed his thumb nail with the same filer he was using for my nails. i was such in shock that i couldn't say anything. when i paid i still left a tip because of how i was raised and he said it was not enough for him and the guy who did my pedicure. they charged me $120 for a BASIC pedicure and a basic manicure and overall experience was horrible and traumatizing. never cheating on my nail tech again read more

They don't understand English very well, I was pushed into the most expensive pedicure on the menu. He was a little rough with my toes but did a good job painting them how I wanted. I've given this place multiple chances being that it was convenient for me to go but I won't waste my money on a horrible job again. The very first time was great, the guy did a great job no go plaints what-so-ever. The second time however I couldn't choose the color I wanted because they didn't have it despite them telling me they had every color in the gel books they have. With that second time, my gel started lifting 5 days after having the manicure. This last time was the last straw, after spending what felt like forever having the lady file my nails to my desired shape. She finally started painting the gel on. Not even a full 2 days later my gel starts to form bubbles on the side and it rips, so I have a hole in my gel. Aside from that the color on my toes has already started to chip off and the paint was not evenly distributed on each nail. This place is not worth it. read more

Came with a group of 4, 2 got mani-pedis, one got just a mani and I got just a pedi, the man doing my pedi seemed very annoyed that I didn't want a more expensive service or to add my nails (I have a place I always go for my nails and was just here visiting) he spent a total of 7 min doing my pedi, that includes the filing, the callus remover, the "massage" (he literally used one hand to put lotion into my leg) and all 3 polish coats, the application was messy and I was literally fixing the sides myself, he never said thank you he never turned my chair on he never even spoke to me just pointed. I went in today for a fill and asked for a French ombré and was told he couldn't do that because it was a fill, which is fine but I don't believe that's true. So I asked if he could do an ombré with regular colors and he again told me no. So I asked if he could do a simple design, once again I was told no. So I asked for a different color and he rolled his eyes at me, handed me the color chart, and walked outside for 5 minutes while I waited for him to come back. There's too much polish so my nails look bumpy and uneven, and not all of the edges are covered. On top of all of this he was not at all nice and rushed through my nails. I've been here before and never had a problem with asking for designs on my nails, and everyone has always been perfectly nice. But this experience was it for me. The acrylic nails I had done were an overlay but they did no shaping to my nails so they all look different. After he looked at hand, I felt very insecure, and uncomfortable that an employee would do say something like that to a customer.... it's like I know I have ugly hardworking hands but you don't have to tell me... After the man spoke to me, I decided to upgrade to the Deluxe pedicure seeing as it was only $10 more from the Simple pedicure which was $30 Also, The water to my pedicure was so cold, I had to ask the pedicurist to heat the water.... Nevertheless, the massage was also to roughy as the man massaged the same spots for too long and it hurt after a while.... On top of all that, they overcharged me $10... The menu said $40 for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and the man charged me $50.... I tried to explain my concerns to the pedicurist but again he didn't seem to understand English well, so I paid the $50 and left. I have never had a preference before for nails but let me tell you it makes ALL of the difference when you find the right person. That's what happened with Julia and I. She's done my nails like 3 or 4 times now and every time she does a better job than before. And I was pretty dang impressed the first time! She does a fabulous job. Listens to your wants and needs and even helps you pick color combos when choices can get overwhelming. She's very sweet and funny and her work is top notch too. I usually get gel or acrylic sets. If she's not working or busy then I go to AJ. He's also very good and skilled with the acrylic sets. I recently had the ombré set with Julia and I think she did an amazing job.
