I have been going here for many yrs for pedicures & my go to is Tina. Tina is so sweet & does a wonderful job every time.

I visited this salon on a Sunday for a pedicure and received service from a man wearing a gold chain. He was extremely rough with my toes and rushed through the job, resulting in cuts on my right toe in multiple areas, which later caused a bad and painful infection. I had requested a French tip nail design, but he ended up flooding both the nail and the surrounding skin with gel nail polish. I had to stop him and ask to end the service because he was doing such a poor job. I have been getting pedicures for years, and I have never experienced an infection before. read more

This was about the worst pedicure I have ever had the lady was being so ruff on my feet she cut me and after that she kept going over it with the drill and to finish it off she kept putting alcohol on it and laughing when she saw it caused me pain won't ever go back read more

The tech who did my pedicure was so rough filling and removing my previous gel polish. He even made my toe bleed from being so rough and just said oh sorry. At this point I was already very upset. Then another client next to me who was mostly Spanish speaking was trying to ask for a specific color and her nail tech just got frustrated and gave her a thing of nail colors, which still didn't have the color she was looking for, so she asked to just do a white french tip and the tech got more irritated and started laughing and speaking to other techs in their dialect and they all just laughed and rolled their eyes. I cannot imagine how that made the client feel. It's so disgusting and disrespectful to have people do that when you're just trying to enjoy getting a pedicure. This is their place of work and there is no professionalism. Seeing all these reviews, not sure how this place stays open. read more

Pedicures. My technician is a 5 star professional. But this technician also does great manicures!

I got a pedicure.. I decided to try this place out since I didn't have time to go to PRETTY NAILS IN FRESNO big mistake I should've just gone. Don't go to the guy with the gold chain he cut my skin and made my toes bleed he's too rough on toes like really rough. But the good part about him is he will get your nail straight cut. I paid $35-40 at pretty nails for gel pedi idk how much it was here in reedley read more

We're all humans and we make mistakes.. after reading the reviews about this place I was unsure of coming, but am glad I did!! I enjoyed my experience and they are kind. Most places are in a hurry to get you out for the next person to have a seat. I didn't feel cheated they did all the steps to my pedi! I'll be happy to come back for my next service.. read more

This weekend at the coast, I had my acrylics removed that I had put on and multiple fills at Nail Tech & Spa. The nail tech at this other place notified me while taking them off that wherever I went before really damaged my nails and that I should see a dermatologist. I saw a dermatologist and was informed that they used the Dremel tool too deep in my nails and basically burned and damaged my nails. Luckily it is not a fungus but still. Only thing I can do is apply the medication they gave me and do warm water and vinegar soaks until it grows out and clean with alcohol once a week. Definitely will not be going here ever again. read more

The worst place that I was in my life . They are tricky and rude , at the beginning that wanted to charge 500 for the worst service that I had. Went in the other day and John did my gel pedicure. Service was good, I like to relax with the chair doing its massage. I've been here before and dont have no complaints. I was one of the first ones there so I was out in about an hour, that's the usual for a gel pedi. The price is reasonable. Loved how my pedi came out, I will visit again in the future. read more

Literally the WORST place to get your nails done. There is absolutely no point to make/schedule an appointment because they don't honor it. I made an appointment for 4:30 for 2 manicures, arrived at 4:00 and wasn't help or acknowledged until 5:30!!! Meanwhile 6 people walked in AFTER me and all were treated BEFORE me. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give them no stars I would. I would not recommend coming here to anyone, EVER. read more

Terrible experience. Man who did my pedi cut me 3 times. Rushed doing my mani and did a terrible job as well. Before I could even ask him to redo a couple nails he was already moved on to the next customer. Right when I got to my car my nails were already messed up. Ended up going to a different place to redo my nails because it wasn't worth it getting my nails redone there. Do not recommend. read more

If it was just the cuts and bleeding my nails got with the full set, I probably wouldn't have posted this. But, I also got an underarm wax and noticed that she double dipped into the wax multiple times. Huge sanitary issue. I'm glad I didn't get my eyebrows waxed. read more

These people are going to know exactly who I am when they read this review, because I was just there. I literally got in my car, drove home, took pictures, and got on my laptop to write this review. Okay. So I wanted just a regular manicure with an Alice in Wonderland themed design. I had a photo of kind of what I wanted. I told the man (I have no idea what his name was, but he had really bad teeth [not to sound mean, that's just what I noticed about him]). I basically wanted black tips with a white bow on one finger. I repeated that several times, because in the photo I showed him, the tips were black and white stripes. I just wanted black tips (I got black and white stripes- I guess kind of my fault for zoning out during what started out as a relaxing mani). So he's doing my nails, and I'm not totally happy but I know that places like this are always hit or miss, and the prices seemed decent so I didn't care that much. Once he was done, I convinced myself they looked good from far away and that's all that matters! I also have to mention about halfway through all this he started someone's pedicure, and I'm pretty sure went out to smoke. I'm a very non-confrontational person, or I would have gotten up and left right then. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he washed his hands. So while I was drying, and he had totally moved on to the girl's pedi, he yelled at me across the room that I could go. So I went up to the counter, and the lady tells me $26. I asked her to clarify.. in other words, $12 for the crappy "art" the guy had done! The manicure itself was only $13, and they charge a dollar for using a card. I tried to refuse, and tried to show her the sub-par work he had done. See for yourself in the photos I posted. She argued with me, refused to lower the price, and literally laughed at me while looking around at the other customers (trying to make them join her laughing? trying to turn me into a spectacle? I don't know). It was humiliating and really, really awkward. I told her fine I would pay the $26 just so I could get out of there. THEN, as I was leaving, and getting my keys out of my bag.... my nails smudged! After he had literally yelled at me to get up! I was so flustered and irritated that I went back in. The lady started laughing again and was like "deal with him", pointing to the guy who had done my nails. I almost said forget it just to leave, but I was so upset that I had paid so much already that I just had him fix it. This was BY FAR the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had, and I've had some bad ones. Not that it really matters, given everything else, but he also yelled a lot at the other workers while he was doing my nails. Not pleasant when you're just chilling having your nails done and all of a sudden some dude yells in your face. Do yourself a favor and find a different place. Or don't. I have several people who've had decent experiences here (including my mom), so maybe this was just a bad day. BUT.... the pictures really don't lie, so maybe stick with solid colors? read more

This is a decent place to get nails done at. I highly recommend coming here to get your toes done because the wait for a chair is not bad like other places, and they don't rush your pedicure. I don't really have a complaint for this salon, because my nails never come out bad when I come here. The staff here aren't rude either, a few are quiet or assertive, but not rude or mean. Get your toes done here, you'll leave satisfied! read more

So I went to this Nail Salon and first there wasn't a lot of colors to choose from. So the lady started to file my nails and the next thing I knew I felt pain and seen BLOOD. She continued making me bleed on each finger. (I didn't say anything because it was my first time and I was nervous). Then she told me to wash my hands and it burned. So we started to do the fake nails and she CALLED someone and started writing on her calendar. When we finished I seen my nails were crooked (I didn't say anything again) . It costed $40, was not worth it don't waste your money and go to Nail World. read more

I don't think this nail salon deserves the harsh reviews! I just got a gel manicure here and they did a great job. I was hesitant to go in because of the reviews but I was seated quickly, the space was clean, and the work was well done. Only cash, the man in front doesn't speak English and then wants to charge $55 for fills? I wasn't impressed at all.

I really enjoy going to Nail Tech & Spa. They have decent customer service and you don't have to have an appointment. I DO recommend Cindy for a mani/pedi or Holly for a pedi. The ladies do a wonderful job and I've never had a bad experience for the 5 years I've gotten my nails done by them. They do talk a lot (in Vietnamese) to one another and some times their English is difficult to understand... but I don't mind language barriers... they are some of the sweetest people and they do good work! read more

HORRIBLE service. HORRIBLE workers. They kicked me out. And trust me I'm not a loud or mean person. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted for prom and the girl got frustrated because she said "you aren't telling me what you want" when I specifically point out what I want. And she ripped off my nails and said "I can't do it for you". Keep in mind, I've been coming here for four years! And she was being so rude. She was also late to our appointment. Don't go there they'll just treat you like you don't know what you want. read more

I liked this place they took their time and it was so cheap for good service. It was busy but not to bad of a wait time. I also dropped a bottle of polish it broke and spilled on the floor they didn't make a big deal about it helped me clean it and I didn't feel like they were secretly talking about me! They also did my daughter's nails and toes for $10 so cheap and took their time with her too. I will definitely be back to this place:) read more

We got there 10 minutes after they opened and there were 5 people being worked on and no one waiting ahead of us. Two hours later and we were still waiting. No one apologies or acknowledged us. The woman at the desk told myself, and everyone that walked in that it would be a 10 minute wait. I waited 25 minutes. No one was served that fast. The gentleman that was doing my nails was rushing and going incredibly fast. I obviously got cut. Then he left in the middle of my appointment to smoke a cigarette. I could smell it when he got back. They seem to be very limited on what they are able to offer.
