Service is subpar, with a appointment i waited on the chair for 45mins and still hadn't been attended to, I walked out.

The older man was not gentle at all. I'm old and my nails thick and tender. Asked for Some one who is gentle.. He was fast.. the fastest peddie I've ever had but he was anything but gentle. I won't be going back. read more

I am never disappointed with my service here. All of the staff are hard-working and very, very busy. if you don't make an appointment, there may be a wait. But the final product is worth it. read more

I had an appointment for 6pm and walked in at 610 pm. I signed in and waited 10 min and was seated in a pedicure chair and waited for an hour before service began. The tech dug into my big toe with one of the tools and it's still tender the next day. I also had acrylics on my finger nails and during removal she drilled too hard onto my thumb nail making my nail burn. I wanted my natural nails to be preserved as much as possible since I was getting gel but they were all chipped by end of removal. I decided not to move forward with the service. I paid 65$ for my toe nails and acrylic removal. Very pricey for poor service! read more

I'm writing this in hopes that management addresses some serious hygiene concerns, because this salon was once one of the best in the area. On multiple visits, I observed nail techs stepping outside to smoke and then returning to work without washing or sanitizing their hands. The smell of cigarette smoke lingers on them and around client stations, which is extremely unprofessional in a personal-care setting. More concerning is the lack of proper sanitation. Stations are not consistently cleaned between clients, and tools such as nail cutters appear to be reused without visible disinfection. I've also sat at tables with leftover dust and debris from previous clients. For the prices charged for acrylics and fills, basic cleanliness should be standard. These are not minor details, they are health and safety issues. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements, because at this point I cannot recommend this salon. read more

I went in for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. My pedicure was fine, but I didn't get the scrub or wax that I paid for. My acrylics were horrible. I asked for a modern French tip with a neutral colored acrylic in a square shape. I told the man doing my nails I didn't like the sparkly acrylic and he said it wasn't sparkly. (It was) I also told him I didn't like the shape and he said he wasn't done yet. He was rude and obviously rushing. I left with sparkly pink acrylic and coffin shaped nails. There's gel on my skin and all my nails are different lengths. There was also no cuticle work done at all. Super unhappy read more

Love this place! Been coming here for over 20 years and the service has always been excellent.

I am super excited and greatly appreciative for the quality and customer serviced I received yesterday. I come to Reedley and vacation a lot from Los Angeles for family over the last 8 years and every time I come they are super busy, which is a good sign. I never waited and have been to other places around and the quality of service is nice but I am extremely picky and always ended up disappointed. Yesterday I said, im waiting y aver que pasa. I am so happy I waited, this is a wonderful environment, family business, the service was superior, I did not have one compliant or feel disappointment during my time there. I was so happy with my feet and got a full set, WOW!! I have never been so happy. read more

I've been going here for a while and I have become disappointed by the customer service they are always rushing and telling the customers we don't have time to do this or that. The nail techs are always on their earbuds really become poor service. The owners need to step up on this read more

This was my very first visit and I'm only giving the place 4 stars due to their pricing but I will say their customer service and work is done very well. A appointment is a must otherwise you'll be waiting over a hour to be seen. Due to COVID-19 they require you to scan a QR code which directs you to a consent form. The form is also used as their check in method. If you're not being seen everyone (appointments/walk-ins) waits outside. When you're next they will call you so you're able to wait in your car. Their cleanliness is 5 stars. All employees are wearing a mask and they require all customers to wear a mask in addition to receiving a temperature check and washing their hands upon entry. They also sanitize after each customer. Cash is preferred but rather than swiping your card you can pay using one of their three cash apps they have. I don't remember the third option but I do know they take Venmo or Apple Pay. I got a gel pedicure, manicure using my own nail polish and an eye brow wax and some how paid $82! I was told the gel pedicure was $40 which to me is an outrageous. I don't think I ever paid close to that for a gel on my nails. In my experience, if you're getting a mani/pedi you would have two technicians per customer but also due to Covid they have one person doing both mani/pedi, hence the long wait. So if you want both expect to be in the chair over a hour. For what it's worth I am happy with my nails and my eyebrows considering you don't just let anyone do your eyebrows! read more

Pros: clean environment and use of new & disinfected tools per customer Cons: The customer service varies by the nail tech you are assigned, ex: the first time I went for gel mani the dude cut me twice. The second time I went for a full set and all went well. Each experience was with a different nail tech. Setting up an appointment is difficult because the owner, Ana, is the only one answering the phone and booking appointments, while working on people. Wait time can vary even if you have appointment. Tip: when you call to set up appointment state who is getting what done. read more

Not the best nail service, was left in the seat waiting for 20 minutes or so and I was left questioning the person doing my pedicure because there was no prep done to my toes before adding any acrylic, not a care or understanding of cleanliness and I felt like I wasn't properly cared for although the place is nice it's not the cleanest as my friend said there was other peoples skin or nail particles left on the desk they were getting a manicure on. Went in with a mani and pedi booked and left with only a pedi, unsatisfied with them there customer service. Seemed to me like just any old regular salon that would rather take your money and have you out as quickly as possible and not treat you with the care and understanding of proper nail service. The saddest part is getting home and doing more work on your toes after paying more than what was actually given.. read more

I always liked coming here. They do very good with their acrylic nails however I haven't been wanting to get acrylics anymore so I asked for dip powder nails with extensions (it is listed as one of their services) and I put that down as the service I wanted when I checked in. When I was called to a chair the lady asked what I wanted and I told her dip powder with extensions she told me very rudely no no I don't do that I only do acrylics and then just started to do acrylics on me. I didn't want to upset her so I just let her do it. They were very nice and I still liked them but it wasn't what I wanted so I think they just need to be more clear on that if it is a service they claim to provide. read more

Was highly impressed with my hot pink ombré acrylic nails by Kevin. He is very meticulous in his work and it is apparent. All a client needs to do is show him a picture of what they want and he works his magic to create it. I appreciate the fact that he is very gentle as well which makes every visit to the nail shop a pleasant experience. My oldest daughter also had a pedicure as well her hands and feet done. She was satisfied with Kathy's work. We now know who we will be scheduling future appointments with read more

They are fast and do a great job. Prices are reasonable as well. The reason I rated them a 3 is because the chemical smell in the building is overwhelming. No fans or ventilation. The floors and tools they use look very dirty....long wait time!! And slow slow slow service. Very disorganized.

Only because I can't rate a place zero stars. They are completely horrible. I asked a mail tech if he could do a design he says yes. I realize that he is using black tell him that there is no black in the design that It was shades of brown he then argues with me and continued to use black and a peach color. Neither of which are part of the design that he is looking at while doing my nails. I then am forever to watch him completely ruin my nails because what else am I supposed to do at this point I have already told him what he is doing is not what I wanted. I have my graduation next week and now I have to figure out how to get these fixed or removed so thanks a lot. I will never be returning read more

Very disappointed with this shop. First off I don't think they have any concept of time. I was a walk in and asked how long the wait was. The young man told me 10 minutes... I waited a half hour. I had to resort to getting my nails done here because they are in town and we're opened when I walked by. I got dipped nails, and one of my nails turned a matte color within the first day. It hasn't even hit 2 weeks yet and the gel top coat is peeling off 4 of my nails! For the price you pay for the "healthy" alternative these nails should last me ATLEAST two weeks. Very dissatisfied with my experience at nail world. read more

Tammy is my regular nail tech I love her she does my nails right every single time she does not disappoint. Ive had plenty of pedicures over the years with different nail techs such as Vy and Andy and they always make sure I'm comfortable I've never left disappointed. Every time I need an appointment I text Anna and she gets me in ASAP. Make an appointment simple as that by the BEST is town !!! read more

The wait times are long, they don't acknowledge walk ins. They just ignore them and only call appointments. I've been here 3 times and every time they were rude to me and fucked up my nails. I don't know if it is because I am black or what, but they always give me the worst tech. Complete jerks and racists ! I was waiting inside FOR TWO HOURS! And no one said a word to me. And when I do get their attention the are rude as hell. If you don't take walk ins then make that clear instead of having me waste my time. read more

I finally found my nail shop! The last five times I've had my nails done at other shops I walk out disappointed and hating my nails. I'm very picky and OCD extreme attention to detail and this nail shop meets my standards. I'm usually having them fix a nail or two before I leave saying something like "You don't see this is messed up? Your going to let me walk out of this shop with my nail looking like this?" I'm one of those lol. If I'm paying my hard earned money I shouldn't be able to see any mistakes walking out. I've been searching for a shop and this is it. I'm staying loyal! I found my girl. I had to tell her I love her. I've never left so happy before. I can't tell you her name bcs she needs to have availability for me. Ha! I chatted with a few regulars in there and they see everyone. They said all the nail techs are equally good. I got acrylic nude powder on my real nails. read more

Went in to get a pedicure at 4:45. Asked what the wait time was going to be and was told about 30 minutes. By the time I actually got in a chair it was 6:05 just to be waiting another 30 minutes for a tech to come and get started on my toes. I didn't leave there until 7:45PM. Now if the wait was the only issue and the nails were bomb then I wouldn't even complain BUT! That's not the case here. The actual paint/polish job itself was okay. But the removal of dead skin was a nightmare. She cut into my toes and they actually bled. The next day they are still very very tender to the touch. I asked her to stop cuz she was hurting me and she just said "Okay, okay". Not going again. They're aren't the most polite. They are always in a hurry. And the wait is NOT NOT NOT worth it. Sorry. read more

They messed up my nails by painting them a different color and I wanted white. I told they lady white and she did pink I don't know why. She kinda got mad when I told her they were the wrong color and she started saying stuff to the other people in her language and I have a strong feeling she was saying bad stuff. but it wasn't my fault she misheard me. She then fixed them and they looked fine but for the rest of the time that she did my nails she seemed mad. But other than that I like how my nails turned out. read more

I didn't get what I asked for and the man who helped was extremely rough on my nails and rude. I will not go back.

They're rude, very expensive, very bad at doing even the simplest designs, and you have to make a appointment or else you'll be waiting HOURS before you're seen. Definitely never coming back here again. read more

I'm gonna have to give this spot one star. Solely because the lady who did my nails was super rude and I didn't really like the way they came out. I asked for a coffin cut and my nails don't look anything like coffins lol Also when I was done paying the girl who did my nails literally threw my card at me and I still said thank you to be polite and she just walked away. I really wish I got the girls name so I can warn you guys about her lol all I know is she was in chair #5. But the only good thing was I only paid $37 for a full set. Other than that I probably won't be going there again. read more

Some HUGE language barriers here to get through. Spent 5minutes asking for 'white glitter acrylic' and being told they didn't have it, not because they didn't but because it wasn't understood. Spent 2.5 hours having them decorated in tip if the glitter with paint in a polkadot pattern because what I wanted was "too hard" got the technician I got. I asked if I could wait for another and they told me no. I've paid up To $85 for specialty art, so waiting would have been completely acceptable. 1st) if you get the RIGHT technician the artwork is AMAZING! If not you get polkadots. 2nd) I suggest a drawing it exact picture of what you want with the colors to help with the language barrier. 3rd) despite the frustration, my nails will last 1 month easy with no chips or lifting. I'm a seamstress and work with my hands and wash them multiple times a day. This IS the place for longevity, but be in you 'Zen' place before you get here! read more

I honestly don't care for this nail place. They NEVER seem to get the right shape and the coffin nails never look like coffin nails. They charge about $65 and the nails don't even look like they are done properly. I was going here for awhile until I searched online for a Fresno nail salon. Ever since then I rather drive to Fresno to go to pro nails in Fresno. They know how to get the right shape for nails and I always get compliments on my nails. read more

Horrible service. I waited for 20 minutes which was fine. Then they finally sat me at a manicure table and told to pick my color. They left me sitting there for 45 minutes until asking me to move so they could do someone else's nails. I asked when mine would get done since I had been sitting there a long time and all I was told was that I had to wait for the next available technician. Meanwhile, the two people next to me who came in AFTER me, no appointment, were already getting theirs done. Wish I could say this was the first time I experienced horrible service there. I've been coming to this place for like 10 years and I've had good experiences and bad experiences but depending on who you get you can leave here completely satisfied or you can be waiting 3 hours and leave disappointed still. I called on Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. The man who answered the phone said they don't make morning appointments. So I said ok can I have a 12 pm appointment he said yes and took my name and number. On Saturday I arrived 1/2 hour early. I went to check in desk and let the lady know I have an appointment at 12. She starts yelling, 12 we never take morning appointments the earliest we take is 1. I said that is what the man set my appointment time for. Then she continues to yell, you will have to wait all these people have been waiting since 10 am. To make a long story shorter, this place has rude people working and so unprofessional to be yelling like it's my fault. I will not recommend this place. I did not get my nails done after that rude lady's attitude. Find a better place that will appreciate you and be professional. read more
