That said, for the price, there are a few things that should be more consistent. I usually get the Volcano pedicure, which is listed at $75 and includes an additional 10 minute massage. About half the time I receive the full 10 minutes, and the other half it feels closer to 6 to 8 minutes. I realize that may sound minor, but when something is specifically advertised, I expect it to be consistent. It is less about the time itself and more about the expectation that is set. Overall, I still return because my experiences here have been better than other places I have tried in the area. With a little more consistency, this would easily be a higher rating.

Hanh (pronounced "Hon," like Han Solo ) did my pedicure and was so friendly, professional, and attentive. The whole salon had a welcoming vibe and everyone communicated really well. They quoted me a short wait and I was seated in about 15 minutes, even with only three technicians working and all of them busy. I thought that meant I'd get a more laid back and relaxing service. My manicure felt rushed and the polish layers were lumpy. Too much of my cuticle was cut so that area was sore and stung when they poured alcohol on it. The pedicure was good, but the tech cut too much on the bottom corner of my big toe so I bled.
