I usually spend over an hour here, this time it was MAYBE 45 minutes, that's being generous. Jennifer did my fill and it seemed like she was in a rush. I'll attach pictures but my nails turned out so bad that I had to fix them at home. While fixing them, I noticed that she barely filled anything. What was I charged for then exactly? Pricing here is a little wonky. I was charged 55 for a full set, 52 for a fill my first time (I did have a shape change) then this time it was 50 for the fill.. Unfortunately I will not be back and will be sticking to doing my own nails at home.

Unprofessional, rude and VIOLENT…read more Burned my bare nails while rushing to drill several times and kept shoving in her nasty yellow nails on my fingers to get a grip. This lady Was super rough with the brush after she drilled and hit me pretty hard with the metal part. Though it was an accident it could have been avoided since she was rushing and the whole place was empty. Then I asked if there was a darker red, she got up and told me to go look at the front with attitude. I was still nice and asked to do a second swatch maybe it will look darker. I also asked if I didn't need to wash my hands because the practice swatch had specs of dust in the bottom so the nail polish was not seamless. Here is where they got bothered and the owner told me to go back to wherever I had gone before which I told him was NOK NOK and they do the process the same way I was asking if they could do. I asked to remove the color that she had not curated and to charge me for only the fill w out the color after repeating that i didn't like the color to which various times I told them I like it but the lady wasn't doing her work cleanly. They escalated the situation instead of painting it right so I asked the owner if he could see my hands. He said it was my fault Bc I didnt like my color even though I kept telling them there were specs and he said he didn't see it. Kept basically gaslighting me. this whole time the other short lady who worked on my hands w tatted thin eyebrows starts being loud in her language and puts her arm and pushed the male owner away from me. Keep in mind im not being aggressive im just asking to be charged fairly. I told him she was rushing and hit my nail w the metal to which he responded that he didnt believe me so i told him to ck the camera so he turned around and left to the back. Meanwhile another male looked at my nails and asked me if he could paint them. He did and was super nice even conversated with me since my fingers were shaking to calm me down. I left with chunky uneven red nails and feeling extremely mistreated. I should have seen the reviews. I will be reporting to the city as I did witness other violations and will definitely be questioning their licensing. I speak spanish and I would never talk in my language to confuse another person specially when I was alone in there facility feeling like I was about to be assaulted, im not sure why I even stayed to get it fixed I froze and just tried to get it fixed so they didn't think I was trying to get a freebe. Anywho, this is not near a spa. Please take the drive like I should have with NOK NOK here in Hanford. This place needs to be closed as they do not deserve to make 40 dollars in 30 minutes. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. While the design itself was very pretty,…read morethe application and overall experience were disappointing. Within two days, the nails began popping off and breaking. Eventually, they all came off and even caused damage to my natural nails. I don't normally get my nails done, but I had a special occasion to attend, and when the nails started falling off it was embarrassing and stressful. I also felt uncomfortable during my visit. When I was choosing my design, one of the assistants went over to a group of people and began talking and pointing. I have anxiety, and that situation made me extremely uncomfortable and led to a panic attack that I had to sit through during the appointment. I believe professionalism and discretion are very important in a setting like this. I truly expected better quality and a more respectful experience, especially given the time and care that seemed to be put into the design. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I feel these issues should be addressed. Thank you for your time, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively.
