Unprofessional, rude and VIOLENT Burned my bare nails while rushing to drill several times and kept shoving in her nasty yellow nails on my fingers to get a grip. This lady Was super rough with the brush after she drilled and hit me pretty hard with the metal part. Though it was an accident it could have been avoided since she was rushing and the whole place was empty. Then I asked if there was a darker red, she got up and told me to go look at the front with attitude. I was still nice and asked to do a second swatch maybe it will look darker. I also asked if I didn't need to wash my hands because the practice swatch had specs of dust in the bottom so the nail polish was not seamless. Here is where they got bothered and the owner told me to go back to wherever I had gone before which I told him was NOK NOK and they do the process the same way I was asking if they could do. I asked to remove the color that she had not curated and to charge me for only the fill w out the color after repeating that i didn't like the color to which various times I told them I like it but the lady wasn't doing her work cleanly. They escalated the situation instead of painting it right so I asked the owner if he could see my hands. He said it was my fault Bc I didnt like my color even though I kept telling them there were specs and he said he didn't see it. Kept basically gaslighting me. this whole time the other short lady who worked on my hands w tatted thin eyebrows starts being loud in her language and puts her arm and pushed the male owner away from me. Keep in mind im not being aggressive im just asking to be charged fairly. I told him she was rushing and hit my nail w the metal to which he responded that he didnt believe me so i told him to ck the camera so he turned around and left to the back. Meanwhile another male looked at my nails and asked me if he could paint them. He did and was super nice even conversated with me since my fingers were shaking to calm me down. I left with chunky uneven red nails and feeling extremely mistreated. I should have seen the reviews. I will be reporting to the city as I did witness other violations and will definitely be questioning their licensing. I speak spanish and I would never talk in my language to confuse another person specially when I was alone in there facility feeling like I was about to be assaulted, im not sure why I even stayed to get it fixed I froze and just tried to get it fixed so they didn't think I was trying to get a freebe. Mr Quang should not be working on anybody. From the moment I arrived. Everything felt rushed. Once he began filing my natural nails with electric file he was going so hard and fast I told him he was hurting me, told him I had sensative nails and asked if he would just use an Emory board. He said no bcz he needed to use electric file so that the nails would "stick on". Then he began doing the art, I had asked for frenchies, showed him a pic of the smile line I wanted. He said "very easy". Once he began he showed me if I liked the frenchie he had done on the 1st one and I said I wanted the smile line thinner. He had done the smile line very thick and I didn't like it. He went on and completed my left hand. I then told him that I wanted the smile line fixed just like the pic I had showed him I went on again to showing him the picture I could tell he was bothered. But since I'm paying for the service I wanted what I wanted. Ill give him that, he did try to fix it. But it was nothing like I had showed him. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. After the topcoat was completed. He used a Emory board to clean up some of the polish off my skin. He got me real good and cut me so hard, I reacted with an ouch! All he said was "oh" and moved on to next finger. Never apologized and when done he said its $60. I paid and left. Never coming back! My finger hurts really bad. And the nail place is so dirty. I've been coming here for years, but after the last few experiences I've had here - I will not be coming back. I spent more than an hour and half in the chair for a basic pedicure. The paint is already chipping after one day. Maybe it's because they put acetone and more acetone in their nail polish bottles to make it easy to use, then put the same bottle back on the shelves and probably do it again the next time. Today I went in to have them removed and I cannot believe the condition he left my cuticles/nails in. Six fingers bleeding and still areas left with the dip polish on it. I have been coming here for years, and have usually been happy with the results. For a basic gel manicure, you can't beat this place's prices. Unfortunately, my last experience makes me never want to go back. I had come in to have my old gel nails removed, and redone. I simply wanted black nails, done with gel polish (so they won't chip). In the past, technicians have used a chemical remover to strip the gel polish, but occasionally they will simply sand off the old polish. No big deal. This time however, an older male technician used the sander, and sanded my nails down to the point where my fingers BURNED underneath. My nails were transparent. They folded worse then paper. The gel polish after was laughable. I tore them off with no effort later that same day. Honestly, I'd say your experience going here is hit-or-miss. I came in about a week ago for a pedicure. Right when I placed my feet into the tub, the old man immediately started scraping my feet. I found it unusual since it didn't give my skin time to soften up. When he scraped my left foot, I felt a sharp pain that left me in tears. I looked down and saw my heel bleeding! I scolded the man for literally tearing a huge chunk of healthy skin off-- and he didn't even apologize! I looked at the other worker who was watching us and she didn't say anything. They just left it be. To this day, my heel gives me sharp pain whenever I walk on it and the scrape is now crusting over. I cannot recommend this place for the following reasons: * My nail technician was very difficult to understand and by the end of my pedicure the price went from $25 to $50 with no clear understanding of what the upcharge was. * After he used the "cheese grater" on my heals he did not smooth them out and I left with very rough feet. * He hurried the process as it was closing time and I don't feel I received a complete pedicure, hence the rough feet. The biggest issue I have is that it was after closing when I went to go pay and I was told it had to be cash and was directed to the ATM located in the corner of the salon. NOTE; the two previous customers paid with credit cards. I felt they were trying to scam someone by insisting it be Cash. The sign said the Delux Mani/Pedi was $42, they then asked if I wanted a nail strenghter wrap which I assumed when he used the word wrap was the silk wrap for $5 more, I said yes as well as requested for gel. In the chair the gentlemen said my total will be $57 which I agreed too. After a short, less than 45 min visit I was done and headed to pay where I was told my total was $92!!!!! Apperantly just my feet were the $57!!! So I paid $92 for a basic manicure as he did not do the 15 minute massage I was paying extra for and recieved a semi delux pedicure.... It's a total rip off and they're scamming people into paying double what their price sheet says while rushing through the work! First I really wanted to like this place. It seem to have a good atmosphere and was relatively busy for a Monday morning. I asked for gel pedicure and dip powder nails. I got the royal pedicure. The lady that did the pedicure was gentle and did a very good job. However my previous gel toes were not soaked off, instead were scraped off using the electric drill. Onto my nails (a second manicurist), again the dip powder was not soaked off but instead used the electric drill. She was not able to completely remove the blue dip powder from previous. However she proceeded with the new color - which was a bright coral. She did not do a base coat, like I asked twice, saying it would make it "too thick". She then did a gel top coat on all of the nails. I was ok with nails, I think the design looked good. Only you can still see the blue underneath and I broke a nail off on Saturday (5 days later) because there was no base coat as requested. read more

UPDATE: Went back to salon. Posting a picture of what my nails look like A WEEK later. Seriously, this place is filthy and awful. I wound up going here again since it's a block away from my house and easy to run to and be back quickly with my kids. However, Lesson learned! I seriously can even believe how awful this salon is. I'm not one to write a bad review but man, they are not good. Went to get a simple removal of the acrylic nails I had on. I asked if they did a SOAK OFF and they said yes. This man used a dermal to take some from the top and then attempted to put a fake nail in between to yank the acrylic off. I told him this would cause damage and pain to my nail he ignored me and I spoke up again. This time another Employ chimes in. Unsure what was said since it was in a different language but whatever she said he listened and stoped attempting to rip the acrylics off and began to dermal more of the acrylic off. He got so close to my actual nail that I felt the heat/pain from the tool. Then he tried to stick his OWN THUMB NAIL in between my acrylic and natural nail in efforts to pop off the acrylic. I fussed and told him to stop trying to rip them off that's when he then soaked the remaining off but managed to cut me 3 times with the dermal and create a divot in my natural nail. I bleed at one point and he continued to buff my nails with what looked to be a used buffer. He told me to go wash my hands and I watched him attempt to put the buffer away. I said loudly that he needs to toss everything he used on me because it had my blood on it and he just looked at me and said he was. Unsure if he ever did, didn't see him throw it out. First and LAST time I ever go there. I wouldn't risk it for sanitary issues. My own fault for even staying for the full service. read more

Coming from Fresno, it's hard to find a good nail salon out here. Their prices are kind of high for the quality they do. I got a full set coffin shape. I'm used to being charged $5 more for the shape of the nail but never another $5 for the length. I didn't even want them that long and the guy said that would be another $5. I also got a basic pedicure, nothing special so I understand not to expect too much but they could at least scrub the heels a little longer. Got my feet and legs lotion and got my feet put in a hot oil lotion bag and my legs wrapped in a hot towel after having a mask put on. She also took the time to really massage my feet and legs. Three- The guy doing my nails basically shaved my nails down to the bud, and when I literally said "ouch" this man just looked at me and said "ohh yeah that's normal." Like bro?? No. Four- All of the workers were just lounging in the pedi chairs playing on their phones or eating at the mani tables. Five- This guy fr used a plastic nail tip to rip off the acrylics I had on and charged me $10 dollars to cause pain when I specifically asked for a soak. I could've ripped them off my damn self. Six- The end cost for a "removal" and a gel set was $55 even though I basically didn't get to choose the shape considering the guy was too busy being a dick. That's cool. I would like to start by saying... I had a great experience while getting a pedicure. However, the manicure I received far outweighs my good experience with the pedicure. I asked for a dip manicure. I am from TN, and I have had a dip manicure every 2-3 weeks for the past several years (minus a few months during the COVID shutdown). I have never had anyone use a drill to get rid of the previous dip I had on my nails. During the use of the drill, the tip kept hitting the skin of my nail beds, causing them to be very tender and eventually start to bleed. The manicurist told me that it was because my nail beds curved too much- blaming me for the injury caused to my nails (after he continually kept hitting the same spots). The drill did not remove all of my previous manicure. I like more natural looking nails, with an almond shape. My nails were already in the perfect almond shape, and I didn't want to loose any length. The manicurist shortened my nails and sharpened them to a fine point- very witchy/claw like- most definitely not almond. To make matters worse, the points weren't even centered on my nails (see picture). The dip itself definitely needed another coat, but I was told it would make it too thick to do a third dip. This nails salon is pretty standard in reference to the skills of the people who work there and skills they possess. Pedicures are freaky but can get pricey so pay attention to all the services they ask you to add on. Full sets are a pretty good price but the quality of the set depends on who you get .
