I had to pay to get everything redone elsewhere which cost me more money. As much as I didn't want not complain because the stylist was nice I was very disappointed with the results not to mention the hair pulling while my hair was wet not exactly relaxing but rather made my scalp sore and the uneven cuts I had to cut my hair more then I wanted to get it right by another stylist.

I'm not one to get my hair colored or cut often but hands down would recommend her and her business. Look forward to getting my hair back and using her services in the near future, thank you Izzy.

As soon as I entered Louise made feel so comfortable it felt as if I had known her for a long time.Louise's knowledge and her up beat sense of humor made me laugh and feel relax and last but no least her prices which were far better than prices I had seen advertised. Louise explained the procedure and I didn't feel any discomfort she scheduled me for a follow up which was included as after care. I have received complements on my eyebrows. I know for a fact if possible Louise will try and do her best to fit anyone in if possible. But I also would of understood if she couldn't get me in sooner. People must NOT expect for Louise to have her client's with scheduled appointment waiting or put to the side. It is only proper buisness etiquette for ANY business and people need to understand that. Thank you Louise I will definitely return again. Warmest Regards, Rebecca Ventura

After the second cancellation, I ended up cancelling the appointment myself since we'd already requested time off work twice. Then, for my own appointment, she asked me to come in early. I confirmed, but arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, which I take responsibility for. Still, her response was to tell me she could only do a cut, no blowout, because she'd re-booked me between two other clients. I didn't want to leave with unwashed or wet hair. I walked out with no cut, no wash, no blowout, and three appointments cancelled or cut short. I expected far better after such a strong first visit, but now don't recommend based on my experience.
