People must NOT expect for Louise to have her client's with scheduled appointment waiting or put to the side. It is only proper buisness etiquette for ANY business and people need to understand that. Thank you Louise I will definitely return again. Warmest Regards, Rebecca Ventura

After the second cancellation, I ended up cancelling the appointment myself since we'd already requested time off work twice. Then, for my own appointment, she asked me to come in early. I confirmed, but arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, which I take responsibility for. Still, her response was to tell me she could only do a cut, no blowout, because she'd re-booked me between two other clients. I didn't want to leave with unwashed or wet hair. I walked out with no cut, no wash, no blowout, and three appointments cancelled or cut short. I expected far better after such a strong first visit, but now don't recommend based on my experience.
