This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

After shopping at Ramblin' Rose I went in to write a review based on my experience and was dumfounded to read an earlier review. All I can say is this person must have this store confused with another shop in town. Ramblin' Rose is the most gorgeous and tasteful shop I have ever had the pleasure of being in. And talk about exemplary customer service!! I went in to see about ordering flowers for my mother and the staff took so much time to help me pick out exactly the right bouquet for her. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The store is beautifully decorated, has wonderful giftware, and such fresh flowers. I thought I was in a high end store in San Francisco or New York, yet the pricing is very reasonable. I did some checking and they've been voted "#1 Best Florist" in town several years in a row and I can see why. I won't shop anywhere else now. Thanks Ramblin' Rose, you are the best!!! read more

Restoring my faith in excellent customer service, the employees at Rambin' Rose Florist went above and beyond to help me with my unexpected last minute floral needs for a baby shower. My friend was creating our own centerpieces, but needed some last minute filler flowers...they were pretty busy when I arrived at the florist, but they made me feel like I was a priority (even though I was one of those annoying "I have no idea what I need" kind of customer!) and they took so much time offering solutions, advice, and ideas for our centerpieces. Beautiful flowers, beautiful store, great quality, reasonable prices, and most of all, some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time. There is a reason that Ramblin Rose wins awards! Not only are the owners floral artists, but they have the best customer service and truly care about their customers. Their prices are competitive and I wouldn't even mind paying more because of how long their flowers last and how intricately perfect the arrangements are. Walking into their shop is like walking into another world! I love the shopping experience I get--its a feast for the eyes! A special, thoughtful "one of kind" gift for everyone on my list at this floral shop. Beautiful Store This store is a gem! The quality of merchandise that you find here is awesome and the service is impeccable. I know everyone has their own opinion, but nothing could be further from the truth regarding the comment below about being a little over priced. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to others. The quality you receive is above reproach, and the design work is truly unique, creative, and beautiful. They are the best florist around and I must be right as they have been voted the "Best Florists" two years in a row!! I called this afternoon from the East Coast as my son and daughter-in-law had their first child and my first grandchild (son). I wanted to send flowers to them congratulating them and as we know it is hard enough ordering them over the phone never mind on the other coast. Even though the shop was closed for the day, I called the florist number and ended up talking directly to Michelle, the owner. On hearing my story, Michelle quickly volunteered to make a similar arrangement and also deliver it to my son and DIL. She was extremely kind to offer that (it was late on a Saturday afternoon and her store was closed). She not only made a very lovely replacement, she delivered it too. My kids were thrilled and loved the flowers! Michelle went above and beyond to help out this very happy customer and I highly recommend her floral shop.
