Had the most extrodinary experience with The Flower Box ordering a birthday arrangement for my dearest friend. I grew up in Reedley, now living in Texas, so it was imperative that I find the florist that could bridge the miles between saying all that needed to be said with the perfect flowers. I looked at reviews for florist in Reedley, nothing impressing for certain however in one complaint a gentleman stated that he was able to make it up to his wife by ordering a new arrangement from The Flower Box in Dinuba,. He raved about the detail and quality of the arrangement he ordered. After taking a look at their website, and stellar reviews I gave them a call. Paul was amazing he took the time to discuss arrangements I had seen on their website, as well as arrangements other very happy customers had posted in their reviews. We discussed my wants in the arrangement they would create, and flowers that had meaning in our life long friendship. Paul assured me he understood and that it would be fabulous, stating he would send me a picture of the arrangement right before delivery. I was on the phone with her as Paul in a suit and tie delivered the arrangement. Once confirming it was her I heard him say " Happy Birthday this coming to you from Texas. " Just one of the many added detail that made her and I cry when we heard it. Every expectation was exceeded. He inserted 2 cards in the envelope, one with the verbatim personal message about our 55+ year friendship and what that means to me, and one with the Happy Birthday Darlin, Love Cindy. I have used the Flower Box in downtown Dinuba since about 2011. They are really high tech now. They'll text or email a photo of the arrangement BEFORE it is delivered, then also confirm WHEN it is delivered, and before that send a copy of your receipt to your phone or computer. Their arrangements were always some of the best in Tulare County, now it's even easier to do do business with the Flower Box from the central coast! I wanted to send my mom a flower arrangement for her birthday so I ordered her this over the phone and that is the arrangement she received. I was not pleased with it and neither was she. Customer service was horrible with both and they either did not deliver the correct item or better yet the other one at all.
