I reached out to a friend that lives in Reedley and asked for a recommendation, and boy did she come through for me, by recommending Fleurie Flower Studio. She reached out to Laurie on my behalf to see if she would be able to help me. I am based in Orange County, so Laurie and I talked on the phone to find out what I needed. She asked for what the main color I would like, asked if i had any preferences, gave me a range on price, and was even able to deliver the arrangement for me (for a fee) ensuring that it would arrive on the day of the funeral on time, at the location. She was so easy to work with, and made a sad situation more bearable. She sent me photos of the arrangement the day it was delivered and it exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was beautiful, and was well worth the price. I had looked at her Instagram page before we spoke and saw her work, so I just let her use her creativity to build the arrangement. When we spoke, she mentioned to me that she is a local grower and she also sources from other local flower farmers. I love that many of the flowers were grown by her, which adds an extra special touch to the arrangement. I highly recommend Laurie for your floral needs.

He told me the delivery driver had already left, but he went above and beyond and personally delivered the flowers himself. That is why I wanted to find a good florist that I can rely on. First their customer service is amazing, it didn't allow me to make a purchase online for some reason so I reached out to them. They were extremely quick at getting back to me and super helpful answering my questions. The process of purchasing wasn't a headache where I had to fill out card info, it was so fast and simple I just had to do Apple Pay (many other florists that I've used don't have this feature online). The flowers were extremely fresh compared to the other floral arrangements my sister got for this event, I think they will last a long time. I asked for a picture from the store and they didn't disappoint. The price is a little expensive for the amount of flowers compared to other places but the quality of the flowers made up for that. Im excited to use their service again in the future. I chose the "floral wishes" in premium.

After finding out about this farmstand and a little about the history of the owner a few years ago…read moreon social media, I've been wanting to stop by. I finally had a chance this summer on a day off to take the 40 minute drive and check it out. I was not disappointed. This is a small but year-round farm stand right off the side of the road with gravel space for cars to park. It is not greatly protected from the elements--and it was a hot hot day. I'm glad to see they at least had a few fans for the employees. The owner regularly works her stand, and when I was there, she offered to cut some fresh herbs or flowers for me while I perused the wonderful assortment of fruits, veggies and local honey. I ended up with some of the sweetest green grapes I've ever tried, a few different honeys to try (avocado and orange blossom), some freshly roasted peanuts, cucumbers, and an assortment of stone fruit. Everything was delicious, but the grapes were my favorite. Check out Sweet Girl Farms on Social media, or check out their website. They are active in the community, help to support other community growers (they even have eggs and other offerings), and enjoy a worthwhile visit to what should soon obtain the title of local treasure. I may not be able to stop by every week, but I hope to be a several times a year regular. This place is wonderful!

Tres leches with fresh strawberries…read more The first time I had a cake from here was for my baby shower - and ever since then I've ordered every cake I've ever needed from here. They have multiple flavors of tres leches cakes and add fresh fruit or custard as fillings. The cake is absolutely delicious. As soon as you walk in you can smell that delectable scent of cake!!! I cannot rave more about this place. For my son's 1st birthday, I had a puppy theme and brought in a picture of a cake I saw online; which looked like a giant pawprint; and they made it exactly the way it looked in the picture at a reasonable price. The baker also let me coose different flavors of cake. The best is the white tres leches with fresh strawberries. I also once ordered a full sheet of white tres leches, half filled with fresh strawberries, the other with peaches. The cake was huge and I had no leftovers - my guest devoured the entire cake! You can also walk into the place and come out with individual slices of cake, which are large enough to feed 2-3 people. They have even made a cake in a couple hours notice for my family. You MUST have cake from this place.

Not only that, but she brought me a bunch of additional wildflowers because I wanted to arrange my own centerpieces, and the flowers she chose were just perfect. I got so many compliments on the flowers all night long. My wedding reception was in Wawona, and her husband delivered the flowers fresh and on time.
