On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

From the beginning, Charley was wonderful. She is very personable and so easy to get along with. She always arrived before the scheduled time (which eased my anxiety a lot) and started on time with everything. On wedding day, same thing. She addressed questions for guests/wedding party to not interfere with me getting ready. She was so prepared and on top of it. There is nothing Charley did not do! She wasn't paid to decorate, she wasn't paid to serve and cut pie, she wasn't paid to offer water to everyone, she wasn't paid to pour champagne, etc etc etc. But Charley did it ALL!!!!
