This was supposed to be a special gift, and instead I was left embarrassed and frustrated. If you advertise and charge customers for a specific arrangement, that is what they should receive-not something different without any warning or approval. The quality and presentation were nowhere near what I expected for the price. I paid close to $90 dollars, not only that, whoever delivered the arrangement left it outside the gate, somebody could've stole it. Why ask for recipients phone number if you are not going to call them? I will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. You should be embarrassed.

My family in Fresno recently lost a loved one, and being in the Bay Area, I was looking for a…read moreflorist who could make a same-day delivery. The gentleman who answered the phone said they could help and asked me to place the order online. I found a beautiful arrangement, placed the order, and called back to make sure everything went through. He told me the delivery driver had already left, but he went above and beyond and personally delivered the flowers himself. I've ordered flowers for family and friends throughout California, and typically, the arrangements don't always look as good as the pictures online. With Alejandra's Flowers, that wasn't the case at all. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the picture. I'm incredibly thankful they were able to get such a beautiful arrangement to my family during such a difficult time. If I ever need flowers in the Fresno area again, Alejandra's Flowers will be my go-to florist. Thank you for going the extra mile!

needed flowers last minute for a birthday and Alejandra's came through without breaking a sweat…read more called the same day and they not only had what I needed but actually took the time to ask what the person likes, what vibe I was going for, what my budget was. didn't just hand me the first thing available. the arrangement they put together was genuinely beautiful and felt personal, not like a generic grocery store bouquet. the portfolio on their page shows what they're capable of and the heart rose arrangement alone is stunning. they clearly have range whether you need something romantic, something for a funeral, something celebratory, they can do it all and do it well. open until 8pm which is so helpful when life gets chaotic and you realize at 6pm that you forgot to plan something. that flexibility has saved me more than once. prices are fair and the quality reflects what you pay. for a locally owned florist in Fresno that actually cares about the work they put out, Alejandra's is the one to call. way better than ordering from one of those generic delivery sites and actually supporting a local business while you're at it.

A bit disappointed with the FTD order that was sent through this shop for my niece's 35th birthday…read moreyesterday. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

Our venue was The Lodge at Two Moons, and knowing they were already familiar with the space gave me so much peace of mind. That is why I wanted to find a good florist that I can rely on. First their customer service is amazing, it didn't allow me to make a purchase online for some reason so I reached out to them. They were extremely quick at getting back to me and super helpful answering my questions. The process of purchasing wasn't a headache where I had to fill out card info, it was so fast and simple I just had to do Apple Pay (many other florists that I've used don't have this feature online). The flowers were extremely fresh compared to the other floral arrangements my sister got for this event, I think they will last a long time. I asked for a picture from the store and they didn't disappoint. The price is a little expensive for the amount of flowers compared to other places but the quality of the flowers made up for that. Im excited to use their service again in the future. I chose the "floral wishes" in premium.

I can't explain how much of a positive experience working with Tuly and Charley were throughout my…read morewedding process. I never met Tuly in person because I was in Texas while working on my wedding in California, but that did not impact our communication or the wedding at all. The process was so structured (which I absolutely need) and the website Tuly used to was extremely helpful. As for Charley, WOW. Let's just say my entire wedding party and guests know who Charley is because she went above and beyond!!!!! For the initial venue visit with ELE, Charley came and took notes for me. From the beginning, Charley was wonderful. She is very personable and so easy to get along with. She always arrived before the scheduled time (which eased my anxiety a lot) and started on time with everything. On wedding day, same thing. She addressed questions for guests/wedding party to not interfere with me getting ready. She was so prepared and on top of it. There is nothing Charley did not do! She wasn't paid to decorate, she wasn't paid to serve and cut pie, she wasn't paid to offer water to everyone, she wasn't paid to pour champagne, etc etc etc. But Charley did it ALL!!!! Thank you so much Charley for being so perfect and the Charley that every girl needs on her wedding day. You are such a great person and remember, EVERYONE loved Charley!!!!
