Shelves are half-empty, as if they can't be bothered with inventory for walk-ins. Might as well call themselves "Bland Arrangements for Funerals and Anniversaries " and get rid of the storefront.

In the midst of the chaos that surrouds EVERYTHING involved when it comes to planning your only child's 18th birthday. I had COMPLETELY forgotten to order my daughter's first dozen roses and having them delivered to her school. (Hoping receiving them there would contribute to her feeling like a Princess for the day.) So I called Chase in a complete panic thinking I'd missed the "deadline". Brian took the call and IMMEDIATELY assured me that they could make this happen.  The relief he provided was overwhelming. His sense of humor was absolutely delightful. I had requested 12 pink roses. Brian told me about another type of rose called, "Free Spirit". And coincidentally captured all of my daughter's favorite colors. I hung up the phone after placing the order still giggling from his humor (which he NEVER let distract him from the business at hand or the many reasons these flowers were so important) My daughter called me with joyful tears a couple hours later. And was BEYOND blown away by the beauty of her first dozen roses. *a priceless moment*. Upon entry, you will be delighted by their larger than competitor's customer space and their arrangements. Then you'll notice the other 3/4's (or more) of their building is dedicated to florists working tooth and nail to create more arrangements. It was awe-inspiring to see in action, provides transparency to the quality of work they commit to, and doesn't make it claustrophobic like other florists. My regular florist was on a lengthy vacation that would go beyond my son's homecoming, so I had to find another florist who can make up the difference. Thanks to Yelp friend's recommendation, I made a call to Lou Gentiles. This place still provides a human experience over the phone, unlike 2 other florists I "exchanged numeral selections" with. The fellar was very courteous through the entire ordering process and didn't give a single warning that they could not fulfill my on the week of Hoko request. Per the beautiful images of their corsage and boutonnière, my son & his girl were proud to wear them for Homecoming. They even were able to complete an on-site last second request for roses in cellophane! Now THAT'S customer service!
