I seldom leave any reviews not unless any service, product or business warrants one - for this review it hits all three given that this is for an out of town flower shop... after my diligent research online and comparing reviews with other shops, THIS.IS.IT. I first sent an email on a Sunday afternoon as I had difficulty with the online order process, I also knew they are close during this time but was pleasantly surprised they promptly replied early the following day ! Joanna and I spoke a few times discussing my ordered items over the phone - she also made sure that she got all the details correctly in their purchase order and delivery system. I ordered 5 Bouteniers for an event, and they were $25 a piece. I was ok with that, knowing they were for a special occasion. I did mention daisies, but also mentioned that any white flower would do. When I picked up the flowers for the event I was shocked at the size of the product. 3 daises were put together with some babies breath and they were the smallest Bouteniers I have ever seen. They look so tiny pinned to the chest of 5 grown men. I understand that I paid for labor, but I could not believe the product I received was $25. RUN!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst floral shop in Clovis. Apparently they have a rule set in place and many documents you have to sign if someone other than the bride calls for a bouquet well this was not the case for me. They did not ask my opinion and gave me a cascade that looked like it was for a funeral. She then went on to say that there are only two types of bouquets cascade and round only to find out we had other options. Absolutely rude people. Paid $300 for a cascade then they didn't use ALL the flowers that were in the original bouquet and still tried to charge the same price. Terrible service. Didn't even use the bouquet for my wedding, I was so upset with the quality and service. read more

My family had a horrible experience with this vendor. We were trying to figure out how many flowers we would need for centerpieces as this was our first time doing so and needed some type of guidance. I understand that it is prom season and Mother's Day, however, that doesn't not justify the rude service and lack of help trying to make sure we purchased enough flowers. Very nice staff! I think they have beautiful arrangements. Then again, I think flowers are just pretty in general; my knowledge in flowers in very general roses, carnations, tulips....yeah. BUT!!! The staff is nice, this always goes a long way. I asked for a sympathy arrangement for $100 and it came out gorgeous not too sad and not too happy! ( My knowledge of flowers is showing) And the sweet lady walked the arrangement to my car. They also sell koi fish, so my 3 year old loved just looking at fish. I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased an arrangement for my daughter, who needed a smile. I ordered her the Box of Autumn and asked that Sunflowers be added. I was charged around $120 for the arrangement and delivery to a Clovis address on Saturday, 11/21. The arrangement, when received was beautiful. However, the next day, 11/22, the majority of the flowers were wilted and dying. The directions on the arrangement said to water frequently and to keep in a cool location. The arrangement was watered when received and again before the end of the evening and was placed on the dining room table. I called the store Monday, 11/23 and spoke with the manager Joanna. I explained the situation and ask how she would handle the situation. She said my daughter had to deliver the flowers back to the shop so she could determine what had gone wrong. I told her that was unacceptable - they delivered an inferior product, they could come pick it up and replace it. Joanna said they would not do that. I asked for a refund and was told they had to see the arrangement before they could refund. I offered photos and explained many of the flowers (lilies) were making a mess and had been thrown away. I was told to email "clovisfloral@gmail.com" and did so attaching photos. On their webpage the email address is "letschat@ClovisFloralAndCafe.com." The customer service I received from Joanna was terrible, she was unwilling to stand by her product and alluded that something had been done in the 12 hours after receiving them. Real Compassion & understanding are vital during this pandemic. There are no words to describe the pain one suffers after losing a family member and being unable to be with those suffering most. I'm in Florida and my daughter & son-in-law are in Fresno. They just lost their unborn daughter of 7 months. I used this florist several times in years past for prom/formal flowers and was always satisfied. So when I needed flowers to arrange in mason jars for a memorial service reception I went there. The first lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I needed to order in bulk and she gave me the info/prices. I said I would come back in a few days with one of the jars to get help figuring out the amount to order. When I went back with the jar a different lady was there who told me (using the words "unfortunately we can't do that" MANY times) that she couldn't help me figure out the amount of flowers to order. She said that because I was buying in bulk that I wasn't paying for their knowledge (YES she actually used those words) and therefore couldn't advise me. She went on to say that the amount of flowers they would use in a vase might be different than what I would use and then I wound be mad if I didn't order enough (I had every intention of buying MORE than I thought I would need). I asked if we could use some of the loose flowers laying around (we were in the back where they assemble the bouquets) and put them in my jar to get an idea of the amount. She said,AGAIN unfortunately no... and that the only thing I could do would be to buy some and take them home and basically (my words) figure it out. She also told me different info as to the flowers/greenery that was available for me to order. At this point I said I would go home and do the math and get the order to them in a day or so. Instead I called one florist who said of course they could help me figure out how much to order but they were actually closed for a couple of days for the 4th. I then stopped by Wild Rose and was also told that she could/would help me with how much to order, which she did! Gave me a couple of options and ideas, offered to loan me some buckets to put all the flowers in to keep them fresh and didn't even charge extra for her knowledge... I recommend Wild Rose for all your floral needs! If the second woman at Clovis Floral had spent half the time trying to find a way to help me instead of telling me what she could NOT do, they might have kept my business. Will use Wild Rose from now on! read more
