This was a Friday, so I thought if they were able to do it on Saturday, that would be great. They told me that they would be able to have them delivered that day and would put together a nice bouquet. A couple hours later, they called me to say that my sister wasn't home and if they should just leave them on the bench near the front door. I agreed and was so surprised at how fast they delivered. The lady who helped me (her name escapes me) was kind, cordial and made me feel like it was absolutely no problem -- and it wasn't. She made it happen quickly and I really appreciate it. I would definitely go to them again!

A bit disappointed with the FTD order that was sent through this shop for my niece's 35th birthday…read moreyesterday. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

The gentleman who answered the phone said they could help and asked me to place the order online. I found a beautiful arrangement, placed the order, and called back to make sure everything went through. He told me the delivery driver had already left, but he went above and beyond and personally delivered the flowers himself. I've ordered flowers for family and friends throughout California, and typically, the arrangements don't always look as good as the pictures online. With Alejandra's Flowers, that wasn't the case at all. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the picture. I'm incredibly thankful they were able to get such a beautiful arrangement to my family during such a difficult time. If I ever need flowers in the Fresno area again, Alejandra's Flowers will be my go-to florist. Thank you for going the extra mile!

needed flowers last minute for a birthday and Alejandra's came through without breaking a sweat…read more called the same day and they not only had what I needed but actually took the time to ask what the person likes, what vibe I was going for, what my budget was. didn't just hand me the first thing available. the arrangement they put together was genuinely beautiful and felt personal, not like a generic grocery store bouquet. the portfolio on their page shows what they're capable of and the heart rose arrangement alone is stunning. they clearly have range whether you need something romantic, something for a funeral, something celebratory, they can do it all and do it well. open until 8pm which is so helpful when life gets chaotic and you realize at 6pm that you forgot to plan something. that flexibility has saved me more than once. prices are fair and the quality reflects what you pay. for a locally owned florist in Fresno that actually cares about the work they put out, Alejandra's is the one to call. way better than ordering from one of those generic delivery sites and actually supporting a local business while you're at it.

I called the funeral home, and they recommended a couple florists in Fresno, but when I went to their Facebook pages and websites, they had arrangements that were expensive and yet they looked cheap. I reached out to a friend that lives in Reedley and asked for a recommendation, and boy did she come through for me, by recommending Fleurie Flower Studio. She reached out to Laurie on my behalf to see if she would be able to help me. I am based in Orange County, so Laurie and I talked on the phone to find out what I needed. She asked for what the main color I would like, asked if i had any preferences, gave me a range on price, and was even able to deliver the arrangement for me (for a fee) ensuring that it would arrive on the day of the funeral on time, at the location. She was so easy to work with, and made a sad situation more bearable. She sent me photos of the arrangement the day it was delivered and it exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was beautiful, and was well worth the price. I had looked at her Instagram page before we spoke and saw her work, so I just let her use her creativity to build the arrangement. When we spoke, she mentioned to me that she is a local grower and she also sources from other local flower farmers. I love that many of the flowers were grown by her, which adds an extra special touch to the arrangement. I highly recommend Laurie for your floral needs.

That is why I wanted to find a good florist that I can rely on. First their customer service is amazing, it didn't allow me to make a purchase online for some reason so I reached out to them. They were extremely quick at getting back to me and super helpful answering my questions. The process of purchasing wasn't a headache where I had to fill out card info, it was so fast and simple I just had to do Apple Pay (many other florists that I've used don't have this feature online). The flowers were extremely fresh compared to the other floral arrangements my sister got for this event, I think they will last a long time. I asked for a picture from the store and they didn't disappoint. The price is a little expensive for the amount of flowers compared to other places but the quality of the flowers made up for that. Im excited to use their service again in the future. I chose the "floral wishes" in premium.
