Our school office ladies chipped in to buy our Principal flowers for her birthday and we were not very please with the arrangement. The flowers were wilted, brown, dead and just sad looking. It was such a disappointment and I felt embarrassed to even give them to our boss. Didn't look anything like the picture. We paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet, that was a joke as there was nothing special compared to the one shown in the picture. I'm so glad we didn't go with delivery which was $25!! I would've felt even worse. I could've made a prettier arrangement with a grocery store bouquet for $19.99. Save your money, do not recommend. read more

I have previously had good experiences with their flowers but until the past 3 years they have been on decline! I've been disappointed every single time!Recently, I went in to purchase fresh cut flowers to put together my own arrangement and had asked the girl that helped me if that was something that they did- since I had saw buckets full of carnations in front. She said yes. So I went on picking out flowers I wanted to put together an arrangement for my SIL. I got 6 roses 3 of which were small buds that the employee picked on purpose, 3 stems of small carnations, 3 stems of filler flower, 2 stems of spider mums and 2 stems of green mums. I was out of there spending $97 in total for flower that weren't even put together in arrangement. That comes out to $6/stem in for an arrangement that I will then put together. If they don't recommend doing this they shouldn't have said yes. I was completely screwed over by these prices and was taken advantage of... extremely disappointed by this and will not be coming back ever again. I will be telling all friends and family this experience to encourage to NOT come here after this. NOT worth the price, and there was no hospitality. There are other places that do a better job (like Julie's little flower shop) for the price they charge. Christine's is OVERRATED. read more

I live out of state and used Christine's Flowers to send a bouquet to my mom for her 60th. Ordering over the phone was super fast and easy, and the bouquet was gorgeous. They even put in daffodils for my mom -- her favorite flower. :) My sister has also ordered a bouquet from them to use as her wedding bouquet, and it was absolutely gorgeous (photo not shown)! I've found both of our bouquets from them to have a more natural look, but my mom, sister, and I love that. I'll be ordering again, super happy with this shop and their service. read more

We have had a lot of loss in the last few weeks and have used Christine's Flowers twice in a 2-week span. I cannot say enough about the beautiful arrangements that Christine's flowers created for me. We had used another floral business in a nearby town for a local funeral and I could not believe the difference in the quality of the flowers used and the size of the arrangement for much more than I paid at Christine's. Most recently (this week) Christine created a beautiful floral wreath for my grandmother's funeral and I'm so glad I remembered to take a picture of it (attached). It was absolutely perfect even though I was quite a vague mess when ordering! It's like she knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn't. read more

I requested this bouquet (first picture) but I got this instead (second and third picture.) I showed the worker what I wanted and she said she can do it and took a picture. I paid over +$130 for this when I could've gone to Target, bought flowers there, and done better. The bouquet is beautiful but it looks absolutely NOTHING like the bouquet I requested. The bouquet I wanted had big roses and some little filling as you can see in the picture. While the bouquet I received had little roses and mostly all filling. The opposite of what I wanted. This place is not professional at all my husband ordered 2 bouquets off their website and picture on website was a full beautiful bouquet when we pick up the bouquets were super small and we're both different when we had ordered 2 of the same it literally looked like flowers were just thrown into the vase when we went back to let them now they stated that they were low on certain flowers so for that reason the bouquets were not the same (how are you going to sale something your short on ) so they just offered to add a couple of more flowers to the bouquet that was different than what we had ordered. The cashier person stated that on the website it give you a different option of the way the bouquet could look incase their short on the flowers which was a lie no we're in the website did it say that never buying here again super overpriced for the quantity and service read more

I agree with other reviewers that the flowers are very scant in comparisons to the arrangements ordered... lots of fill with a few roses and carnations. The flowers don't bloom and die within a day or two. The management is very courteous in responding but the enjoyment of receiving the wonderful gesture of receiving a bouquet is diminished with the process. read more

I am living in the Middle East and looked up Christine's Flowers to send my Mom a Birthday gift. The website was outstanding and very user friendly; pictures, easy purchase... However, after seeing the finished product after delivery via Skype, I have to say it didn't look even remotely close to the advertisement. I have attempted to contact Christine's Flowers via the email address on the Website and received notification that email is invalid. That is the frustrating part in dealing with the internet websites such as this one. Also, I would be afraid to order again as it is not very common to ask a recipient if you can see the finished product. Knowing now that the finished product is not the same as the advertisement I don't feel confident as a web shopper. and $15 plus tax to deliver? ouch. read more

Bad really bad. I ordered 2 arrangements a full week before to insure I would get what I wanted. Same arrangement for grave display for Mother's Day. I was very exact in my request. 9 roses, same size roses. 3 white, 3 pink, and 3 red. I wanted them in a row of 3 same color, bottom wht. Middle pink, and The top red, 3 rows, straight line across. Then the greenery, yes I said and the greenery, being sure of distinction, large leafed leaving the top of greenery to be natural as to what the lg leaf was, rounded, pointed what the natural leaf did, asking to please make it full enough with the grn. leafs to fill the flowers holders on the graves. Standard everywhere, or very similar. No where full enough to fit in containers. We got 3 different sized roses. Wht. Lg. red average and pink were small. they were not in rows, as I had requested, they were all over. The greenery was 2 lg stems with small long blades, some type of Palm. It was not attractive if I had just asked for an arrangement period. Not able to put in the 3 lines with the colors I wanted as it looked ridiculous with the difference in sizes. I called the store and asked what happened. She didn't hear me say same size, didn't hear in a row. She was the proprietress of the establishment she advised me. She never offered to redo, roses, they didn't come in in same size, I stated I had ordered a full wk before giving her ample time to find them or call me and say what I wanted was not available. No reply. Her only replies were I didn't hear that. I hope you will choose a different florist as I do not believe you will be happy unless leave it up to her and then who knows. Tulare has Buttercup florist and there is Peter Perkins in Visalia both have done beautiful arrangements for us before, no more shopping around. This was a mess. And it was Mother's Day!!! read more

I never complain about a company because I know that many just have their off days, but this is the worst service I have ever, ever had. I ordered two flower arrangements on Friday from 1-800-flowers to be delivered the same day. 1-800 Flowers used Christine's Flowers for BOTH arrangements. One was for my mom, which turned out beautiful, the other was to my kids daycare lady who is amazing and I wanted to show my appreciation to her. I ordered an upgraded arrangement at $85 and what she received was a very small arrangement that looked like it had been hand picked out of a garden. Again, I rarely complain and she was happy about it, but I felt like it should have been a lot different for the money especially since my moms was comparable in price and her arrangement looked wonderful. So, I contacted their customer service and explained my displeasure and they said they would redeliver the flowers and give me a gift card for $20.. at this point I'm still ok and happy with their customer service. An hour later my daycare lady calls me and says they came and picked up her flowers and told her I canceled the order. WHAT??? WHO DOES THAT! Who goes and picks up flowers and says they're canceled? I was not only completely devastated and embarrassed, but upset as well. I call 1-800-flowers 3 times after that and they gave me the run around. Finally, I got ahold of someone who said they would refund half my money, send her out an arrangement and give me a $20 gift card. They said they were going to send the same arrangement, I asked them not to and to please not use the same florist. They told me that she probably wouldn't get the new flowers until Monday, but that would be fine. I'm still angry, but ok, I'll deal with this. Well, it's noon on Sunday and they just called me telling me that they will not be redelivering flowers to her and they couldn't find another florist willing to deliver flowers to her (uh why?) and instead they'll be issuing me a refund.
