Definitely offended. If you have a customer at your register who is 100% unsure of the products they want, leaves the counter 2 or 3 times to swap for other products, and the cashier is incouranging her to do so I strongly believe that cashier Anthonia should have politely asked the customer a moment to allow others who are ready to be ringed up or just call for back up from the 3 other workers throughout the store that could of stepped in for support. I asked Anthonia if she could ring us up real quick while her customer had stepped away from the counter and Anthonia said um I can ring you up when I'm finished helping my current customer Anthonia then referred that client to yet another product to swap for. My guess Anthonia is best qualified for the floor vs the register where she can patiently help undecided customers make up their minds. read more

I'll jump on the five star bandwagon for this location, based on the great customer service I received from Misty. Dear Hubby and I were in the Central Valley to tour the Fresno Blossom Trail. On the way south, we did some power shopping at the Tulare Outlet Center. I had a couple errands to run, and the outlets had just what I needed. A happy bonus was having BBW there. They were featuring the buy 3 / get 3 free for body care products that's one of their best sales. You could also buy 2 / get 1 free. Since I live in the Los Angeles market, their rewards program also offered me a promo of 20% off my order. The San Joaquin Valley residents aren't yet part of this pilot program, but they were able to honor the 20% discount from my app / email. That worked out well for me. I encountered Misty when I first entered the store. She provided a friendly greeting, then told me about all the newest fragrances for spring, edging into a summer preview with some tropical scents. I had a couple questions later, and she helped with those, too. The store was well-stocked with merchandise, and there were a lot of associates on the sales floor to help customers. That's a happy rarity these days! I replenished my favorite scent for several products, and tried a new seasonal fragrance, too. All at great prices with the sale and the extra 20% off. Checkout was quick and easy, then I was back out to go on to my next destination. read more

Your typical neat, clean and friendly home and body store brought to you by Bath and Body. The staff was friendly and we had a wonderful, complimentary girl checking us out at the cash. I am a regular at this chain for the hand sanitizers and the foaming hand soaps. Last season's large 3 wick candles were on sale for $11 so although I had already bought my 5 little items for $6, when I saw these candles I made a beeline back up to the counter to pay again. It was a very hot Sunday, no line ups. This store is located in the outlet mall so there was a lot of parking. I will always shop here! read more

Every Bath & Bodyworks is great, from the products to the nice staff members. This is my favorite location (Bath & Bodyworks located in the Tulare Outlets), because it's close to home. I come here whenever I have a chance to see their new stuff in stock. Everything smells great but still has its own signature scent. BUT my favorite product I can't go without, are their candles! The 3 wick, 14 oz (BIG) candles! They're usually $22.50 but I always wait until they're on sale, then I buy in bulk. The best sales are when they're $8.00 each (rare sale) or buy 1 get 1 free ($11.25 each). The sales associate that always assists me and knows the reason why I'm there is Natalie. She's the best! She always informs me about the specials/sales going on during the week. She even tells me when there's a coupon from RetailMeNot that I can use with their other promotions. How great is that?! Oh Bath and Bodyworks.. what happened to your nice scents. My wife used to by one in particular that smelled amazing! Now.. they're starting to smell an awful lot like alcohol. Like straight Vodka is what I smelled from two of the scents alone! Lol. No I haven't been drinking, no I wasn't craving vodka lol it was so potent, you couldn't smell the actual nice scent that was probably in the bottle with that rubbing alcohol. 4 stars go to the ladies who work here, they're helpful, sweet and always make sure you're finding what you're looking for. Although my wife was looking for a particular smell and asked the cashier if she wouldn't mind checking the store in the Visalia Mall to see if they had it, she said something in the lines of "well.. they are probably going to say no because they don't ever like to check their stock anyway." So basically "no to the phonecall in a subtle way." So we leave and my wife calls herself cause the way she sees it "well technically you're doing the same thing by not wanting to call there, she doesn't want to lose a sale to the other store so she tries to say we can just come back in a few days and check again, rather then call the other store to find out for us." Contrary to what the first lady said, the girl she got on the phone actually went and checked for us and unfortunately "they didn't have it." But the fact is "she checked". So other than that hiccup, our experience was good. Some lotions they had smelled good, just watch out for the sprays. read more

Great place to shop. Many bath and body products to choose from. The shop personnel are very helpful and plenty of parking.

Luv to shop here whenever I get a chance. Good deals and great customer sevice! They already have fall items out and they look and smell better than last year. I prefer the outlet to the mall because of the location, supplies, and u can go in super casual and not be looked at funny.. .lol read more

I prefer this Bath and Body to the one in the Visalia Mall because it is smaller it seems and neater. I can run in and find what I am looking for without all that mall drama. Employees are just as friendly as the mall so you do not lose customer service and gain convenience of a more stress free environment. They still have all the great sales and scents you need and want and I highly recommend stopping in to see the difference! read more

The two girls working the register today during the semi-annual sale were so unbelievably rude. My friend and I were so appalled by their attitude and the way they treated me along with other customers. First off, every time I try to return or exchange something, they always have to comment on what I bring in, and today they were rude about it. They kept commenting on how old the sprays I brought in to exchange were but yet they were unused and in nice packaging so they were not that old, so I don't understand the unnecessary comments they give acting like it is an inconvenience and affecting them as if it comes out of their own paycheck. We then witnessed a customer asking one of the girls if they could check the price on an item and one of the girls said quietly, "Yeah if you get in line" in a rude way. Another customer was asking if an item was on sale and the cashier laughed and said they were not and the customer commented that they were on a sale table so she thought they were and the cashier acted like she was dumb for thinking that even though she was unaware it was placed on the wrong table by another customer. Long story short, they went about treating customers today so badly with their disgusting attitudes. The manager should reevaluate who they hire because I'm sure no business would like having those 2 working for them. I'll stick to online from now on even though they don't provide free shipping :( read more

Staff is super friendly here, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything and I did, the lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made it a lot faster for me.
