I really want to salute everyone working there, especially the front desk folks like Louis, Vanessa, and a couple of others, these are so very professionals, polite and ready to help anyone who walks inside their clinic, with a big smiling face. (I could see them happy and smiling even though they are all geared up with masks.) what a nice experience. Also, I would like to write a couple of lines for CLARISSA ALVARADO, who leaves no stone unturn to treat her patients, she is a very knowledgeable and a very happy person, hilarious, kind and very Professional. She even went above and beyond by checking the back for a product that wasn't on the shelf, and she found it for us. When it was time to check out, Emma noticed that we had spent enough to receive the adorable summer tote promotion. Unfortunately, they were out on the sales floor. The associate kept insisting I use a completely different line instead of listening to what I was asking for. I explained myself multiple times, but she still pushed another brand and then suggested taking me to someone else instead of actually helping. The staff did not feel friendly or engaged, and the experience came off as lazy and dismissive. I was visiting from out of town and was honestly surprised by how unwelcoming the environment felt. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and I walked out without buying anything. I'd rather drive to my usual Ulta location in Los Angeles, where customer service is consistently better.

Walgreens has really gone downhill with their customer service. Used to be my go to pharmacy for…read moreyears, but now looking for another, maybe a local family owned one? The past several months have been real bad. Many times my meds have been out of stock and taken up to 5 days to get them. My doctor not pleased at all. There have been other issues as well. I'm 100% disabled veteran so it's hard fpr me to get out and bout. I've called regarding issues several times and told them I'd been on hold an hour. Their reply? "Sorry we are busy and have no help"? Maybe the pharmacy manager needs a wake up call. Maybe they are overloaded do to Ride Aid closure and the additional business? If so they nee to hire additional staffing heard pretty much the same thing from many friends. It used to be great, not now. Having to wait days for ones meds can be detrimental to ones health. I'm not into pharmacy shopping every month. Neither is my doctor.
