I would love to go to the Ulta Benefit Brow Bar if I knew I could depend on getting the same brow wax every time I went in, but I can't. It's unfortunate because they are supposed to have a tried-and-true method. The Ulta store in Hanford, in particular, is a waste of my time. I literally walk into the Vietnamese salon in the adjacent parking lot, pay less money, get in the same day, and get a decent eyebrow wax. I believe it was the owner and a worker by the conversation, the owner was cussing at the young woman, it was incredibly unprofessional I will never be returning. Because of her I felt very uncomfortable, there were also many other girls around and the workers seemed afraid. Tammy Brown, advice to business owner from business owner, do better. Respect your workers for them to respect you, I could never picture myself yelling at somebody especially cussing at them in front of my store in front of customers and workers embarrassing myself.
