They got me the right products, and I asked a lot of questions about how to use them, but they didn't tell me not to process my hair twice in a row, one after the next, to do the bleach and color. I got a twenty processor and I had dirty blonde hair, was told to leave in the bleach for 50 minutes but I could only handle 30. Then to do the processor+dye for forty minutes. Which also hurt too much to do. Worse, even. So, like any other ignorant person would do I did all that at the expense of my scalp. It really, really hurt. I wish I could've been saved the pain and been better to my hair. Don't know why they told me that was something I could do but I won't be so trusting next time I suppose.
