First time here, and I will definitely gonna return. The staff is very friendly, love the decor, atmosphere, is a very girly place to have your hair done. I have long hair and I brought a friend with a very short hair m, and the cost is the same, we weren't too happy about that ( so she cancel hers) is a big difference between a long mane and a short one. I LOVE this place - great service, blowouts from all of the stylists I've had have been great, and the environment is beautiful and you feel spoiled. I also love the boutique - on trend looks with great prices and it's nice to have a really great place to shop local. I get blowouts once a week here and have had nothing but an amazing experience every time. Love the sweet, talented girls who work there and they provide a quality experience! (Just to note I sit here for hours each month and watch the owner and staff treat each person who comes in like gold whether they purchase anything or not - and I also watch return customers that they get to know seem more like family. Several of the stylists have worked there for years and they all love it and get along great which makes for a fun experience. Came in to get my hair done for a special event that I had to go to on Friday. This place is darling! Decor is very feminine and girly, and the little boutique off to the right is a must to check out. Very cute and trendy clothing and jewelry pieces. My stylist, Alicia, was so friendly. We chatted like old girlfriends while she worked on me. She did such a great job! Loved my freshly coifed do! I highly recommend this business for a fun girls day or just as a personal treat. I will be back as soon as I can come up with an excuse to need my hair done. Bring all of your girls before your next girls night out and let the stylists here help doll you up! I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm very disappointed, the experience at this Bombshell Blow Dry Bar is just completely unprofessional and such a disappointment. I called durning the weekday specifically for an updo and makeup with Amy, verbally over the phone I was given an appointment with Amy for Saturday at 11:00 a.m. for makeup and 4:00 p.m. for an Updo. When I arrive to the salon for my 11:00 a.m. appointment I was told the makeup was scheduled with Sam, I didn't question why, I was just happy my makeup was going to be done for a big formal event. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 4:00 p.m. appt, I was told Sam was doing my hair... again I didn't mind, I just wanted my hair done for the big formal event. Sam asked me what I wanted done to my hair, I showed her a picture of the Updo... she tells me she doesn't do Updo's lol..... I explained to her I had called and specifically said an Updo... Sam was very apologetic about the miscommunication and she explained to me that they had THREE other customers that day with the same issue. Jaw dropping right! The whole appointment was extremely stressful. I had to hurry home to do my hair. I ended up arriving late to the event because having to redo my own hair after paying $55. Unfortunately I can't count on this salon especially not for my upcoming wedding and bridal shower. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I made an appointment for my daughter and I asked the hairdresser for a braid and some curls. He's like "oh! I'm not good at braids sorry that's not what I do!" And he didn't offer another stylist or anything! I had to settle for plain old curls I feel like I paid all that money and still didn't get what I wanted. read more

Don't get me wrong, the customer service is good but every time I go in for a blow out my hair looks terrible. I went in for my wedding and I ended up with Shirley temple curls so I had to have them start over and just give me a classic blowout which made me crazy late the rest of the day. Then I went back for my birthday and a different girl did my hair and it just ended up being big and with barely any bend. I have short hair but it's not that short. If I can give myself pretty curls at I don't understand why nobody there can manage to give me half decent curls. I'm so sad to say that I was extremely disappointed. I had my hair done here for a party I was going to. I was really excited because I get my hair done at the Dry bar in Las Vegas so I was hoping this would be similar. I guess I came on a busy day because no one greeted me when I walked in. I just sat down until finally one of the ladies in the boutique area greeted me and told me it would just be a short wait til the hairdresser was ready for my appointment. Needless to say the woman who did my hair made this experience very subpar. No warm and friendly chit chat very cold and all business sort to say. When women come here for more of an experience since they offer pretty robes and drinks during services it was anything but special. Was very disappointed since when I even followed the ship on Instagram I was so excited to for my appointment. Also the curls I had done fell out within an hour. read more

Very accommodating establishment. I scheduled my appointment via Facebook messenger. When I arrived my dresser hadn't arrived yet so someone else began my wash. They'd neglected to give me the treatment I'd requested. It was not a huge deal, I would have appreciated a more detailed pass down of the services booked. They also had these cute robes for you and your party to wear while you're getting dolled up but it was a bit restricting for me, I couldn't imagine how bigger girls would feel if they could not be included in the added perk. Other than that my experience was good. Blowout and make-up were good. I brought some of my own make-up for her to work with, which she had state was helpful. I mostly enjoyed the false eyelashes applied. It was fun to let go and allow someone else take care of the little details for me. Prices were decent. I would return and recommend. read more

Really wanted to like this place but my hair was not worth $50. Not to mention it is $10 for them to put your hair half up, half down and the stylist did not inform me on that. I didn't get charged right away, and next thing I know the lady at the desk is knocking on my car window after I already paid for the blowout saying she forgot to charge me extra for it. I work in customer service and if I forget to charge someone, that is on me and I will take it out of my pocket. Bombshell blowout bar and boutique "blew out" for me. I went all the time due to my membership. I supported their boutique. I felt I was friends with everyone there as I treated them with respect( genuine respect) and tipped them every single time. Maybe they weren't very happy that I actually used my membership. Maybe they weren't happy that I "spoke up"when I had issues with them. I should have cancelled my membership sooner then I did. Went in as walk in. Owner got me hooked up with someone right away. 1st impression was great. Nice looking salon. Up to date and very pretty. They offered mimosas and water. The fancy robe and pillow in seat were a great touch. Sam did the best scalp massage I've ever had. Shampoo smelled great. I wanted a half up half down with braid on top do. She did amazing. I feel great. Will def. recommend and come back if ever in town again. read more

Today was my first time coming here and I loved it. I woke up wanting to feel beautiful and pampered so I thought to give this place a try. I scheduled an appointment online through Facebook 30 minutes before my appointment time. I walked in and the stylist was ready for me. She could tell I was new there and made me feel comfortable. By the way I was the only customer there during the duration of my appointment. I have a lot of hair and it's really long and she didn't seem bothered by having to wash it more than once. With all the hair I have, I felt like I was going over the 1 hour appointment time but we ended up finishing right in time and i felt like she really took her time. I wish I would have gotten her name, I would love to be styled by her again. By the way my hair stayed the whole day and so far tonight. I'm going to wear it in a messy ponytail tomorrow. read more

I have been to Bomshell Salon & Boutique several times and just love going there! The stylists are awesome and always so friendly. They try to make you so comfortable and always so accommodating. You feel so gorgeous when your done! Danielle and Emily the owners are always so nice to everyone. When your done getting your hair done, a trip into the boutique is sure to please! I've been to Bombshell many times and I am a fan, I like that I can get in at the last minute and every stylist I've had has been very friendly and did a great job on my hair. I think their prices are reasonable. I'm always offered a drink and a smile and they apologize if they're running late. read more

The wash and blow dry were great, the style was not. I have long-semi-thick hair. I asked for tight curls knowing that anything else would fall out within hours. I know that to do tight curls you need to take small portions of hair to do it well. She obviously took big chunks of hair to curl. I thought she was quick but the lighting was hard to see so I thought they were ok. When I got home I was upset to see my hair had almost fallen out. One of the reasons I went was because of the services they advertised, but it fell flat, literally. I wanted to pay someone to do the hard work of curling my hair, but feel cheated. It is not worth the money. Now, not only did I take time out this morning to get my hair done, I have to take time this afternoon to fix it before the wedding I am attending. As a professional hair place they should know how to treat and handle all hair types, but they do not. read more

I visited this salon for the first time and left very happy with my services. My hair looked cute but then when I washed my hair that night, I had so many knots in my hair. I did everything I could do to take out the knots to no avail. I have tape-in extentions. The knots were so bad, I had to have my husband cut out several of the extentions. My extentions were not cheap! I'm so disappointed! Now my hair is so sparse, I will have to wear it up until I can go back to get more extentions put in on my own dime. I don't know if the girl who did my hair doesn't have experience with extentions and that's why I had so many knots? I have been to many different blow dry salons in different cities with great results and I have had extentions in my hair for the past three years. My advice is if you have extentions make sure the stylist has experience with extentions. After leaving, I was excited to return again but after this experience I will not. read more
