Cheapest rental in town and original help was great. Pickup with assumed owner was decent, can't say customer service is his area of specialty. Their measurements seemed a little off but did the job. read more

John was not very personable or helpful when it came to pick up. Measurements of the shirt were wrong, as well as the date of our event. When trying to explain our issues, he kept cutting me off which was very rude and unprofessional. Overall it did what the suit was needed for but, would not come here again read more

I have been coming here for years. They have great service and the best looking suits reasonable prices I will come back here again.

Top notch! I was dressing for a very nice event, with tuxedos being the dress, when I discovered I had given away my tux. TnTs had my size in stock, fitted me and had it ready in 4 hrs, in time for the event. You can't beat that! read more

Tux-N-Tails has on display an extensive number of outfits for all formal activities that I can imagine makes a man feel like a man.

We needed to change my sons pants for a little longer ones and I was able to contact John directly to his personal phone number before they opened the store and he was able to help me out just in time for the event my son was going to be in. If that's not great service I don't know what you call that! Thank you so much! read more

Although the rental process is quick and direct. You get what you pay for and your tux looks great. My only real complaint is there is no actual customer service and you're just another tux the business is renting. The main man in charge isn't the friendliest but just means business. I might just check out another tux rental place as I would like to pay money to someone who appreciates having customers and rentals. read more

I am so so grateful for tux-n-tails! I ordered a vest for a wedding and it never arrived... so day of the wedding I'm completely panicked. Tux-n-Tails saved my a**! Came in 4 hours before the wedding and got me a vest on the spot, despite being absolutely swamped! So so grateful read more

I highly recommend this rental shop! My husband rented tuxes from this location for our wedding and John was amazing. He was so friendly, patient and gave us a great deal. He also had very flexible hours for all our groomsmen who were arriving last minute from out of town. I would absolutely use this shop again. With all the details and vendors involved in planning a wedding, it's so nice to have an easy, hassle-free experience. Plus the tuxes looked really sharp! read more

I went her for my prom and winter formal when I was in high school. Each time my date stood me up both times, but I looked fantastic with the tux I got from John at Tux-N-Tails each time. Now my brother is getting married and once again John has worked his magic on getting me a suit that looks good and feels good. This place really is the best for any occasion that needs a suit or tux, John is super helpful in helping you pick exactly what you need and want. You can tell how long he's been doing this because he knew my sizes immediately before he even measured me (he still took my measurements to make sure) long story short, go to Tux-N-Tails for your suits and tuxes. read more

Wow! What a lovely and kind operation. My son waited until the last minute to get a bow tie and the owner met me at his shop outside of business hours and took care of us 100%! I had rented a suit from Men's Warehouse, it came in and my shirt & suspenders did not fit. The problem was that the wedding is tomorrow. In a panic, I walked into Tux-N-Tails at the last minute hoping to find a bigger shirt. I can't thank the nice gentleman in there enough. He saved the day. Very accommodating, and had exactly what I needed. I will be coming here from now on. He was all about helping his customers, and not about the money. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

My family had to look for suits last minute and this place was their last minute option! They were very pleased with their service. They were greeted nicely and met all their needs. Thank you Tux-N-Tails we will definitely be back soon! read more

Amazing staff! They went way out of their way to help my husband get the right fit for the tux he wore to our daughters wedding. They were kind and gracious as his health limits his mobility. The owner even stepped up to help. I highly recommend this business if you are in need of a tux or suit for a formal event. Fair prices and excellent service! read more

My Boyfriend and I were visiting Visalia for a wedding that he was in as a groomsman. As it turned out, his tuxedo pants from a DIFFERENT tux shop in Orange County (Mens Warehouse) were a full 1 1/2 feet too short. A complete disaster! He only had an hour before the wedding, so we called Tux N Tails, a tux shop close by to our Marriot hotel in town. They told us to come on down and they would help us. When we got there shortly after, they were very busy, but they came right up, knowing that it was us who had called. Within a matter of minutes, the manager was able to match and hem the pants perfectly, and the right length of course! He felt so bad for us that he didn't want to charge us as he wanted to do right for his line of work and sensed our stress, even though he had nothing to do with our problem pants and in fact saved us in a short period of time. Ultimately, Tux N Tails went out of their way to make sure that we got to our wedding on time, free of charge, and my boyfriend looking great! I recommend anyone needing a tux or a tailoring job for a wedding, dance, or formal event to go to Tux N Tails. They are all about customer service and being friendly. Thank you Tux N Tails, Thank you Manager John! You saved us! read more

Awesome service and super nice funny owner. I was in and out with a fitting in about 15mins! Would definitely recommend.

We live in Visalia and have children attending San Joaquin Memorial High School in Fresno. SJM recently held their Winter Formal and we decided to rent my son's tuxedo locally; It is much easier for me to pick up and return in Visalia, rather than Fresno. John, the owner of Tux-N-Tails was beyond helpful and provided outstanding customer service! He helped my son find just the right tux, letting him try multiple options while making helpful, knowledgeable suggestions for the tie, pocket square color, cut, etc. Generally, it's all about the girl at formals - her dress, the corsage, her hair... John made my son feel confident in his tuxedo selection and conveyed how it's very nice for the boys to also have their own unique style, be well-fitted and make a classic statement, even when they remove their jacket for dancing. John suggested my son take the pocket square to school to double check with his date it would tie in nicely with her dress. My son took John up on his suggestion; The pocket square was just the right color and his date was so appreciative of the thoughtfulness! The tuxedo was in pristine condition, as were the shoes, when I picked everything up prior to the formal. Tux-N-Tails has ALL of their tuxedo options in house! They offer the newest and most up-to-date styles. The tuxedo my son chose is brand new - it was very modern and stylish - and, ironically, not available in Fresno! I highly recommend doing business with John, owner of Tux-N-Tails, when you have need to rent a tux, or two! John takes pride in his business, has an easily accessible shop downtown, provides quality tuxedo rentals and offers superb customer service. Thank you, John. You'll see us again before Prom! read more

Awesome Experience! My first experience with this business and the BEST experience EVER! John and his staff were very attentive to our needs for my daughter's wedding. :-) The wedding was out of town with 6 groomsmen, fathers, ring bearer, and the groom, of course. Every body was fitted quickly and tuxes were provided 3 days before the event. John made sure my husbands tie matched my dress perfectly, even provided 2 styles with extra vests. They allowed us to return the tuxes an extra day later at no charge. He even gave me his cell number "just in case". It was so comforting to not have to worry about a thing: Tux-N-Tails took care of us beautifully! read more

An amazing expirience! My nephew and BF were in local wedding and we were from out of town and had to send measurements by phone weeks in advance. When we picked up the tux THE DAY BEFORE the wedding nothing fit due to improper measurements from Mens Warehouse. Pants, jacket, and vest all too short in length on my BF. Pants too long, jacket short in arms, and shoes too big on my nephew. The owner and staff gave us they're undivided attention and quickly went to work. They were able to fix the pants and jacket on site for my nephew and had the shoes sent over from they're second location in town. For my BF they were able to fix his pants, had a vest on site long enough, and called the next town over to get him a jacket. Within a couple hrs both had perfect fitted tuxes thanks to the owner and his staff. The one on one attention was the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this over any other store!! read more
