She was polite and helpful. However, another associate, Eladia, immediately chimed in to say I "should have received an email," even after I explained I was having email issues. When I asked about the refund amount, Eladia responded with sarcasm and an unprofessional attitude. She made unnecessary comments about my order and even claimed I "used a bunch of coupons," which was completely untrue. Her tone throughout the interaction was dismissive, condescending, and entirely unwarranted. She never apologized, and her behavior overshadowed the positive interaction I had with the first associate. I later called the store asking for the manager, who was out until Monday, so I spoke with the acting manager, Eduardo. After explaining the situation, he seemed to side with Eladia, saying she was "only stating what was true," ignoring the issue of her tone and attitude. This only added to the frustration.
