I would not recommend this place at all I've been here plenty of times to know not to expect to be greeted when you walk in and to not be offered any help at all until you go up to to counter. This place has horrible customer service. I live in visalia but found myself going back to Elite Uniforms in Fresno CA way better customer service and cheaper prices. You know it's bad when you would rather pay more in gas and go to another city just to get better service. I'm not really to sure how this place stays in business maybe because people just settled for crappy service and don't want to drive any where else and that's to bad. Maybe I'll start trying out Hanford heard they have a better uniform shop with great service as well but for now I'll still be going to Fresno for all my uniforms needs. Good luck to this business they seem to be doing good and staying afloat which is good. But I don't get how. read more

This is for the Hanford location. Great customer service, good variety of scrubs to choose from. I asked if they offer any Military discount, they do but only on one day at the beginning of the month, so I asked how about a nurse discount, they do, but aww it's the wrong day of the week. So my daughter was with me she is a CNA, yes they offer discounts, but strike 3 for us, wrong day of the week. They say shop local, but if I want to a discount I can only shop on a certain day of the week. Then to top it off they tell me we have no bags to put your items in. No wonder why we shop Amazon or or go to Fresno. Don't make it so hard for us to shop locally. read more

Alll CDCR be advised this place is a huge ripoff! They could careless about customer service!! They up charge their products significantly!!! For example.... I was looking to get new 511 tactical pants, I looked the pants up online they were 49.99 on almost all websites including the 5.11 website. These same pants in the valley uniform center in the Hanford mall were priced at 64.99 that is a 30 % markup!!! Totally ripping their customers off! I asked about price match they said NO (after they looked up and seen the price on the 5.11 website themselves!) DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I hope they feel good about ripping off law enforcement officers! They are not pro police believe me!!! I'm sure it's no different on the scubs they sale for the nurses!!! read more

Let me begin by saying this. Valley Uniform you have lost a long time customer. I have been coming to Valley uniform over a 15 year career. It was my go to spot for fast and friendly service. Today I went in for a couple of pairs of pants and some boots. I asked the girl if she had EMT pants to which she pointed and said "they're folded over there" I waited there thinking she was going to come around the counter to help me as she wasn't doing anything but she didn't. I looked and looked and did not find the pants. I asked the same girl, who was now on the sales floor, about the pants. She again pointed and said " they're over there". I told her that the only pants over there are tactical pants and I need EMT pants. She got aggravated and bothered and walked to the tac pants and said "here". I told her I wasn't looking for tactical pants. I needed EMT pants. She pointed to a large cargo pocket and said "you can fit your little stethoscope here. Can't you?" I was kinda shocked. I told her that's not the style my company has approved. She seemed bothered by me so I left the store. Because of that one employee and this one experience I will not be bringing my business here any more. I miss the family atmosphere from this place and the previous owners. read more

They did not have the stars I needed for my agency but rather than just sending me onto the next business, Maria offered to help design what I needed and went above and beyond to get my embroidery done in time for my awards ceremony. They have wonderful service and an option for rush patching which I would recommend to anyone. I had my jacket done here with the help of Christina and she sorted everything out for me. With rush processing my jacket ended up being finished the same day which was perfect. They have a wide variety of law enforcement uniforms and I'll for sure be a repeat customer. read more

Worst experience EVER! I will tell everyone I know not to give them their business. A couple months back, we jumped the gun and ordered uniforms, being too early...that was on us. They, however, put everything we ordered back to the floor. Called and told us we had a credit of $600. Got the apology/excuse that they were under new management. Customers don't care about the excuse, just take care of us, fix your mistake. We got there @1:30, 3rd in line...asked to wait a few minutes while she finished with the few pick-ups that were behind us, not a big deal. After looking at the receipt for the items that were placed back on hold...realized that too was wrong. So, we just requested a refund to take our business elsewhere. Was told, since we requested the credit we couldn't get our money back, just credit. Excuse me...you called me and said I had a credit, we didn't ask for it! Talked to the owner...extremely rude...said we had things altered, but couldn't tell me where they are! In the meantime, the line is out the door! We left @3:45! Ridiculous! I realize it wasn't the girl workings fault...all MISMANAGEMENT! Horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN! Go elsewhere if you can...they don't deserve your business! read more

Been going to Valley uniforms for years even when it was under the old ownership. Honestly when it comes to service it is better the Beatwear and Lords. Employees are great. Uniforms normally take about 2 days for me with the longest being a week. Prices are similar to the other stores in the Area. They cater mostly to CDCR but as long as you bring the specs for your department they will get what you need. He tailors they have at the store now do both my uniforms and my suit alterations! read more

After new ownership these guy's are great! Every question I had or problem I had these guys had the answer. Greet you as soon as you walk in, and prompt service for any uniform alterations you might have. Turned in a jumpsuit on Wednesday, shortened sleeves, hemmed legs, name tag, patches got it back the next day. Who does that anymore? read more
