It looks really amazing, I'm only giving three stars because I felt there was no communication with her outside of being physically in the shop. I made an appointment with her for July 11th. At my first appointment, we talked about what I wanted done hemming in the front, added bustle, and a modesty panel behind my corset back, and she also recommended what she would like to do to my dress to make it fit better. After she had put all the pins in she gave me my receipt and said to come back in three weeks on August 1st and it would be finished. She messaged me on July 30th asking me to come on the 2nd instead. I agreed. Now when I had went three weeks later, I expected the dress to be done since she never told me otherwise. Only the hemming on the bottom of the dress was done, but then a she started to pin the underside of my dress for my bustles again. My mom was with me at the appointment, she asked her if she needed to redo the pinning for the bustles she said yes. After this, she said to come back in one week on August 10th and it'll be done. Again. We were on our way (mind you my mom lives an hour away, and I live 30 minutes away), we hit some traffic and I messaged to her let her know we'd be a few minutes late. She didn't respond until we were outside her building, she said the dress wasn't done because she needed to order the bustles and they were arriving until Thursday August 13th. She did apologize for not letting us know, but at this point we were already there. She said it would be done on Saturday August 15th, this time it was done and it looked amazing. She did give us a discount for the inconvenience of coming to Visalia since she didn't let us know the dress was not done on August 10th. She was apologetic for that, and a really sweet woman. I would just say to try and over communicate with her on your end and ask plenty of questions so pickups and what you're needing done is clear.

I got very desperate and just started googling and yelping for another person I could go to. I came across Marcks Couture, and gave him a call. He was very nice and asked I show up in 30 minutes since he did have prior appointments. He does work from his home, but it literally is made for his work. I mean he has a large sewing room, and another room with merchandise full of tiaras for quinceañeras or weddings very professional setting. He literally had my suit ready for me the following day. She took in a formal dress on the side but didn't cut off the extra fabric so it bunched and I ended up off center. One jumpsuit she took in too much and it didn't fit. She hemmed sleeves on a blazer and they looked so butchered that I couldn't roll up the sleeves. I paid in full before the clothes were done and when I asked for the clothes to be completed or a refund, she told me she had no money to refund. To top it all off, her dogs had maggots in the house and it was filthy. When I left I had to put the clothes in the trunk and wash them right when I got home. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Now the owner was so rude but took it in for a second session . When I picked it up he had destroyed the patches and my son's school letter patches. He refused to listen and asked me to take my jacket and leave. All I needed him to do was to fix or replace my patches. It's my son's senior year coming up 2024/25 and all I wanted was for his jacket to be ready for senior pictures and his senior year. He might not think this is an important piece of clothing but it showed all his hard work and effort throughout his 4 years in high school.
