Great length & workmanship Cons: I called to confirm with Nancy her shop was open at a certain time, & the dress would absolutely be ready for pick-up by a certain time (I work out of town so I took off an hour from work to go pick up the dress & hurry to make it back to work). When I arrived at the shop at our confirmed time she hadn't even started on my dress (I saw the chalk marks still at the bottom still). She took in a formal dress on the side but didn't cut off the extra fabric so it bunched and I ended up off center. One jumpsuit she took in too much and it didn't fit. She hemmed sleeves on a blazer and they looked so butchered that I couldn't roll up the sleeves. I paid in full before the clothes were done and when I asked for the clothes to be completed or a refund, she told me she had no money to refund. To top it all off, her dogs had maggots in the house and it was filthy. When I left I had to put the clothes in the trunk and wash them right when I got home. I would give it zero stars if I could.
