History
Established in 2020.
It’s a long story. Back in the old days us girls got to take Sewing as an elective. My mother was a seamstress, but was too busy working to be able to teach me. So in my freshman year of high school back in 1969 I took Sewing as an elective. When I was 17, my mother bought me my first Sewing Machine, cabinet thread and sewing accessories, which I still have today. Of course I’m not using the sewing machine, but it will be passed down through the family. I have been Sewing ever since, I also do machine Embroidery. I also take classes to keep myself updated on new techniques and tools. I thank my mother so much for buying me my first Sewing Machine and Cabinet and I have not looked back. I can’t wait to get up every morning to sew. Thank you mom.
Meet the Business Owner: Doreen W.
I started sewing in my freshman year of high school in 1969. So I have been sewing for 55 years. I still take classes though to learn new techniques and new tools. There’s always something new around the corner to learn. Every morning when I wake up, I can’t wait to get into my studio to start sewing. My motto is every customer needs to leave with a smile on their face. That’s what keeps me going. When I see their smile, it makes me is happy as can be. I grew up where Customer Service is number one and so are my customers.
