Great length & workmanship Cons: I called to confirm with Nancy her shop was open at a certain time, & the dress would absolutely be ready for pick-up by a certain time (I work out of town so I took off an hour from work to go pick up the dress & hurry to make it back to work). When I arrived at the shop at our confirmed time she hadn't even started on my dress (I saw the chalk marks still at the bottom still). So if you are short on time better call to confirm twice before making the trip it pick up the dress!
