The store is fairly spacious without being a warehouse. In addition to the small items we've had to purchase, they also have in stock wheelchairs and recliners that lift you from sitting position. There are items here for every walk of life. Every visit, staff has been so helpful, never rushed. Sometimes there's a wait to get a salesperson because they take their time with each customer. If I remember correctly, everything in the store qualifies for use with your health benefits card, which is a huge plus for me. Come in and look around; staff doesn't pressure purchases.

When an issue came up they assigned a person to call me, but unfortunately that person was not actually capable of communicating with us due to their heavy accent that rendered the overwhelming majority of their speech incomprehensible. Rather than seek a way to bridge this gap however Apria - either by virtue of the people handling my situation or their company's policies - wrote me off entirely, running through what was clearly a standard script that I unfortunately could not understand. The same person called back and repeated the experience with an equal lack of care for actually communicating the situation. I was then sent to collections, from whom I learned that there was a bill I owed (news to me at the time). And now, I have learned they won't sell me supplies because of a situation entirely of their creation. Do NOT do business with this company if at ALL possible.
