If you have an emergency good luck because you're on your own. They set up everything to their own time and never accommodate to you. When they do actually come out it'll be months out before they get parts in and another month before they get a tech to actually come out. We have no choice but to use them because they were our first vendor given to us by our doctor. We will not be continuing using numotion once our insurance policy is up with them.

OK to the point numotion is not a good company to do business with I used them the first time to repair my wheelchair and when they did they sent me all the wrong parts and canceled my appointment to re-air my tires up. So I ignored them when they were trying to make things right. I just recently decided to give them a second chance and thinking they had changed but no I called them to schedule an appointment to get me a new wheelchair instead of scheduling an appointment I got laughed at and treated like I didn't understand anything they told me after I told them not to worry I'll get what they need they decided to connect me to someone for scheduling an appointment but she was out and I was told they'd have her call me and guess what I haven't received any call So they deserve a no star and a bad customer service rating

After he replaced it with another Vive it was quiet for about 3 days and began to squeek an the front headlight came dim. He said he would order me a go-go and we could make this right. Well it's been a month and he's dodging my calls and texts. I really thought he was a stand up guy but..... Oh yeah I pulled up the you tube Vive instructions and found out how to WD40 my front wheel! Guess what quiet as a mouse but he could'nt figure that out without taking my first Vive back? Very disappointed I've referred people to him I hope they aren't in the same spot as me

I offered to sell it to him for $1200.00 ( I paid $3800.00) The thing was basically brand new. He accepted the offer, said he had a client that was looking for one just like mine, Dan came picked it up from me, shook my hand and said he would return the next day with the cash, (he needed paid from the buyer first) OK, sure. I said. AFTER Dan dodging my calls for 5 days, I showed up at his work, he made a few excuses, and then wrote me a check. I asked him when I took it, if it was gonna clear ok, he assured me it would. That was Friday, Monday morning I check my bank account, BAM bounced deposit. Dan texted me a picture of his NSF notice, I told him I would be by for CASH in an hour, ok.....BUT....he only had $1100.00 of the $1200.00 he owed me, said he would pay the next day, I also added my Bank fees to his balance. Moral of the story.....be careful, shady spot here.

The store is fairly spacious without being a warehouse. In addition to the small items we've had to purchase, they also have in stock wheelchairs and recliners that lift you from sitting position. There are items here for every walk of life. Every visit, staff has been so helpful, never rushed. Sometimes there's a wait to get a salesperson because they take their time with each customer. If I remember correctly, everything in the store qualifies for use with your health benefits card, which is a huge plus for me. Come in and look around; staff doesn't pressure purchases.

Unfortunately these are stock insoles, which the sales staff attempts to find a near fit. However,…read morestaff are not medical techs, and their insoles might not address the real needs of certain feet. Yet, they will pressure to sell and their items are non-refundable. In hindsight, I should have not allowed myself to be pressured to buy when the insoles did not fully feel suitable. They might be helpful for some people with minor arch problems, however my feet needed more and in my experience, staff is not adequately trained or interested in providing further suggestions other than sell their products. They were polite, and seemed to be trained to a certain extent, but more to sell a product and not to provide medically needed insoles. It's a good thing I didn't purchase the "lifetime" insoles they were pushing at first. These insoles they try to sell as a package making it sound that's the best or the only way to go, selling at around $1800 a set, but that is revealed toward the end of the sales presentation. Insistently, the salesperson sold me on some 6-month insoles after I was not convinced on their "lifetime" package. Past a few weeks, I realized they didn't help my foot pain and swelling issues -which were not plantar fasciitis! So I researched other resources for my foot pain and found that I could go to a podiatrist without a referral. So if you're in a similar foot/hip situation, I'd suggest to consider attending yourself with a specialist. Unfortunately, family doctors I have visited never suggested I go see a podiatrist, therefore I didn't have that in mind initially. I've had custom insoles from a local podiatrist for two weeks so far and already my pain and inflammation are near to nothing. The podiatrist found issues with bone structure that I wasn't aware of, and visiting the Good Feet Store with the imprints they take and all they wouldn't be able to or willing to let go of their sale opportunity. Buyer Beware!
