This is a very honest oil-changing spot. I wanted to get my windshield wipers replaced, and they could've just taken my money, but instead, they checked them and said that they were still in good condition, as well as my air cabin filter. I think a lot of auto tire shops really just try to catch and grab, but not him; here, they were very nice and friendly and even let me use the restroom, even though I was unemployed, only to accommodate my child. If you are in the area requiring an oil change, look no further! I took my Raptor in and the line moved rather fast and I just chilled in the truck while they conducted service. It took about 15 minutes with no issues and after a few tests I was off! Folks working are friendly and had energy - great to see people having a good time at work. Had to be in Hanford from out of town. Needed an oil change and Hanford didn't have the usual company I patron when at home. Look to Yelp for a good local oil service and these guys came up with good ratings. These guys lived up to the hype. They were fast, attentive and businesslike. do not go to this location I told them my wife is going out of town had an oil change. They said they checked all fluids. My wife had to stop halfway to put water in the car because it was overheating. like taking your money, but not doing the service. read more

Juan was so amazing! I told him I came here solely because of the positive reviews + because I didn't have to get out of my car. It took like 15 minutes total, they were all super friendly and Juan was never pushy, he told me what needed to be done (soon) because of the number of miles I'd put on my car, but never was salesman-y about it. The positive reviews are what brought me in, but I felt compelled to leave one because it truly lived up to the hype. ** and if you're like, she probably is just writing this to get that $10 off coupon, while I did intend to check in to get it, but I completely forgot! Oh and I have to tell ya because I couldn't find a price anywhere: $97 for the oil change. They don't have prices posted anywhere, therefore I'm unsure if this is the price based on my car/oil but can only assume so. I drive a Honda Odyssey (Van). read more

Yesterday was my first time visiting and they are probably the most efficient, friendliest, and professional mechanic team I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I've been to some places where-- yeah, it's cheap, but the phrase "you get what you pay" speaks truth. Oil Changers is relatively on the expensive side ($45, plus other fees), but you get amazing service on your car. They wash your windshield, check tire pressure, lights, and some other things I could go on about. They even verify the oil with you to make sure it's to your liking. The worker who helped me directly (I think was Andrew or Jared?) was super informative and communicated clearly and efficiently. I have never experienced nice and friendly service from a mechanic shop before, and after being treated so well here, I probably won't go anywhere else! I highly recommend giving this place a shot! read more

I originally came here because they had 5 stars but maybe today was an off day because I would not rate them 5 stars. I called them earlier in the day to see if they were taking walk ins or appointments only due to COVID. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and asked me why. I explained because of COVID I was wondering & he told me they accept walk ins. I asked if there were openings for an oil changes. He told me they were open but they do first come first serve so he couldn't guarantee anything. Understandable but his attitude on the phone was not needed. I got there & they had two cars they were working on and one car in line and one open spot. I pulled into the open spot, one of the men working came out to me had me move forward and line up perfectly. He asked me what i needed and I informed him. The car waiting then pulled in to get worked on. Then shortly after another car pulled into the open spot. I waited about 20+ minutes for the car in front of me to be finished. Another car pulled in behind me, he went up to the people (directly outside of my window - no mask) and was talking to them about what he needed. The guy told him he was going to switch my car and the other car and they'd get to him soon. I then rolled my window down and asked what happened. The worker told me he was going to switch me and the other car, he said they got their first & it's a first come first serve. I didn't see that car when I got there unless they were hiding or they left and came back which sounds like they take appointments to me. They made the car behind me move and me move, which they had already line me up so I wouldn't drive on the hole in the ground. I left. Their customer service on the phone, the workers not wearing masks, having customers in close proximity to others (outside of their own car) without masks on & inconveniencing others. read more

Today I made a phone call to oil changers about my car problems. Jaun the asst. Manager was very knowledgeable and had a very upbeat attitude. I told him what I needed and asked me to come on by. When I arrived everyone greeted me and made sure I was good until I was up. I took a look around the shop. Everything was clean and neat. The workers had such great communication. I came in for a power steering flush. But juan seen a problem and found something more. He straight out told me he wouldn't feel right doing the service I needed if it was still going to leak and my pump was going out. The tech sean started to clean my window and they also check my car out for other problems. Juan topped me off with the power steering fluid and wouldn't charge me a thing. I was In shocked and impressed. They wrote down what I needed and where to get it done. They have won my business the next time I need an oil change or other things to my vehicle. I went into Oil Changers so worried because my check engine light AND my oil lamp light came on! Everrette was so understanding right from the time I pulled in. He explained everything and everyone got to work. The communication between the men was excellent and Everrette kept me informed and discussed each issue with me. He encouraged me to come back through to have fluids topped off and not get to the point where the oil light would come on! I took my grandmothers car here for a oil change and she of course had a lot more things that needed to be changed out and repaired. The staff was so nice and so informative and very patient! They were very knowledgeable, so when it came time for me to get the oil changed on my own vehicle I took my car to the Hanford location instead of Lemoore.
