The store is fairly spacious without being a warehouse. In addition to the small items we've had to purchase, they also have in stock wheelchairs and recliners that lift you from sitting position. There are items here for every walk of life. Every visit, staff has been so helpful, never rushed. Sometimes there's a wait to get a salesperson because they take their time with each customer. If I remember correctly, everything in the store qualifies for use with your health benefits card, which is a huge plus for me. Come in and look around; staff doesn't pressure purchases.

After he replaced it with another Vive it was quiet for about 3 days and began to squeek an the front headlight came dim. He said he would order me a go-go and we could make this right. Well it's been a month and he's dodging my calls and texts. I really thought he was a stand up guy but..... Oh yeah I pulled up the you tube Vive instructions and found out how to WD40 my front wheel! Guess what quiet as a mouse but he could'nt figure that out without taking my first Vive back? Very disappointed I've referred people to him I hope they aren't in the same spot as me

I offered to sell it to him for $1200.00 ( I paid $3800.00) The thing was basically brand new. He accepted the offer, said he had a client that was looking for one just like mine, Dan came picked it up from me, shook my hand and said he would return the next day with the cash, (he needed paid from the buyer first) OK, sure. I said. AFTER Dan dodging my calls for 5 days, I showed up at his work, he made a few excuses, and then wrote me a check. I asked him when I took it, if it was gonna clear ok, he assured me it would. That was Friday, Monday morning I check my bank account, BAM bounced deposit. Dan texted me a picture of his NSF notice, I told him I would be by for CASH in an hour, ok.....BUT....he only had $1100.00 of the $1200.00 he owed me, said he would pay the next day, I also added my Bank fees to his balance. They set up everything to their own time and never accommodate to you. We have no choice but to use them because they were our first vendor given to us by our doctor. We will not be continuing using numotion once our insurance policy is up with them.

OK to the point numotion is not a good company to do business with I used them the first time to repair my wheelchair and when they did they sent me all the wrong parts and canceled my appointment to re-air my tires up. So I ignored them when they were trying to make things right. I just recently decided to give them a second chance and thinking they had changed but no I called them to schedule an appointment to get me a new wheelchair instead of scheduling an appointment I got laughed at and treated like I didn't understand anything they told me after I told them not to worry I'll get what they need they decided to connect me to someone for scheduling an appointment but she was out and I was told they'd have her call me and guess what I haven't received any call So they deserve a no star and a bad customer service rating

I visited The Bone Store on Caldwell in Visalia CA on 2/23/2026 to purchase a compression sleeve…read morefor an injured wrist. When I arrived there were three customers in the store and one sales associate, Hector (Ceja), in attendance. Hector was helping a customer (couple) with compression stockings but acknowledged me, asked if I needed help and directed me to the right section. Then he went to help another customer who was inquiring about beds and complaining about prices. Hector was patient in trying to explain about the products and service available, the whole while the customer was online checking Amazon and complaining. Why that person didn't just leave and buy online, I have no clue. The store was well stocked and clean. I found the prices reasonable for the products and quality very good to high for the items I was interested in. Hector was courteous and efficient in checking me out despite seeming a bit distressed about the complaining customer's loud diatribe. He told me about a sale that would be starting up and gave me business cards. My brother-in-law wears compression stockings so I gave the information to my sister. They have shopped Amazon for compression stockings but find that they stretch out and deteriorate fairly quickly thus requiring repurchase. I suggested they check out the products at The Bone Store. I also did online research BEFORE going into the store and what I found was cheaper, but also of inferior quality. Ultimately, 'cheaper' often means repeated purchases costing more over time. I would recommend to any one looking for medical grade equipment to do thorough research, including an in-store visit to determine needs and economy. I will be returning to the store to consider other options for the injury I have. I do recommend The Bone Store on Caldwell in Visalia CA.

My repairs have been happening faster than ever! All staff have been amazing from Mayra at the service desk to repairmen, billing and, of course, Mr. Nunez. In addition to my work, I have a friend who is a paraplegic. Medi-Cal would only provide a hospital chair. I sent this poor girl to Anthony Nunez over the weekend and he responded; telling us that he would do everything he could to help her. After years of getting denied by Medi-Cal, Mr, Nunez and NSM were able to get the chair she needed, approved. I'm truly thankful for NSM Fresno. They showed me grace when my actions didn't deserve it. I'm eternally grateful. God Bless NSM. Thanks guys!

My experience over the years is unacceptable and honestly appalling for a company whose main focus…read moreis patient care and providing medically necessary mobility equipment. It is completely unacceptable that patients are expected to have excessive wait times for medically necessary equipment that directly impact their independence and ability to function day to day. To make matters worse, when equipment is finally delivered, it is often incorrect or incomplete even though specifications have been clearly documented at the time of the original order. When these mistakes happen, they should be corrected immediately. Not in several months, weeks, or in my experience, never at all. Since the beginning of working with NSM, I have experienced repeated delays, poor communication, a lack of follow through and many unresolved issues throughout my time working with the Fresno branch. I still have never received parts from a wheelchair order placed in 2022, and in 2024, I also requested replacement parts for items that were lost or damaged by an airline, and those parts were never received either. On top of that, I began the process of getting a new wheelchair in November 2025. As of May 2026, nothing has been done to move the process forward. Over six months has passed with little to no meaningful progress, communication, or urgency. This is completely unacceptable for equipment that I depend on day to day. There appears to also be a serious lack of accountability from everyone involved at this location. My experience isn't an isolated one. The public google reviews of the Fresno location are filled with multiple complaints from other patients that describe many of my same issues. Many of them discuss the lack of follow through, poor communication, excessive delays in receiving items, missing parts on their equipment, and other unresolved issues. The responses from National Seating and Mobility are the same generic copy and paste response apologizing and promising to discuss issues, and yet it appears the issues never resolve. There comes a point when you repeatedly apologize for the same thing that the apologies become meaningless when there's no change to back it up. While I personally am still able to function without my wheelchair to some extent, many people cannot. There are people who rely entirely on their wheelchairs every single day to be able to work, go to school, go to medical appointments, and have any semblance of independence. Delays like this are not just a minor inconvenience, they directly impact people's lives. Patients come to National Seating and Mobility vulnerable and trusting that they will receive quality care in a timely manner, a certain level of communication, and support. Yet my experience over the years demonstrated a lack of urgency, organization, and poor communication as well as a lack of patient care. I should not be spending my time trying to chase down phone numbers, paperwork, updates on my equipment and wondering if trying to get a new chair is even worth it anymore. This complaint reads as frustration, but its so much more than that. Quite frankly, I'm angry. I'm angry at the repeated failure to properly serve patients who depend on you and your company to provide them a service that affects someone's independence, mobility, and overall livelihood. I sincerely hope this complaint is actually taken seriously and some serious changes are made within the Fresno branch so that future patients don't continue to experience the same abhorrent level of care I have been receiving over the years.
