I said. AFTER Dan dodging my calls for 5 days, I showed up at his work, he made a few excuses, and then wrote me a check. I asked him when I took it, if it was gonna clear ok, he assured me it would. That was Friday, Monday morning I check my bank account, BAM bounced deposit. Dan texted me a picture of his NSF notice, I told him I would be by for CASH in an hour, ok.....BUT....he only had $1100.00 of the $1200.00 he owed me, said he would pay the next day, I also added my Bank fees to his balance. Moral of the story.....be careful, shady spot here.

The seat belt is severely damaged and looks like a dog tried to take a bite out of it. I let them know immediate and asked for it to be fixed. They made excuses. Then it another 3+ mo to get my custom folding chair with power assist and it did not work on day one!!! The motor and alignment are off. The specs do not match my prescription. They are pulling some kind of game saying its a "rental" no its a permanent chair to replace my older ki mobility chair. My orders started in Dec 2025. Its 9/1/26 Still no working chair. Sunrise Medical is the vendor they got the quickie chair from with the r90 motor that doesn't work. I have had TKO at my house multiple times but its all excuses about needing parts that were coming from Mexico. They brought only one replacement part and it was still wrong. TKO has crippled me further because they are supposed to be helping me with a functioning chair that meets the specs. I need the ability to function and be independent. Now, I have no backup method for getting to town I needed the folding chair to use with uber and lyft. That is because they are now picking of the poorly made quickie chair and motor. I want it fixed not leave me with even less resources. Instead, I am getting told go find another vendor. What was so difficult about doing your job correctly? The guilt trip phone call I received from the owner and a rep was outrageous. I said "why did you order this? I never signed off saying I wanted to order that chair/motor combo. I still needed to check other details like chair pads, backs, and other features." "Oh, we did it because we knew you were in a hurry to get a chair." Yeah, but I want the right chair and a properly working motor. I have never been able to use the motor. It's ridiculous.

He was basically like it's been 14 days there's nothing we can do for you, try craigslist or buy a new one. We bought this scooter in good faith with no plans on returning it, however with only owning the scooter for a month we are shocked to see that not only can we not return it the staff becomes incredibly useless after purchase! Horrible wait time in pick-up drive through pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy has been horrible…read moresince Covid. Wait times are quite long due to, from what I can tell, due to under staffing. It looks like only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on at a time to handle all prescription receiving, filling and pick up. I arrived at 1053 and am third in line in the drive up window. From the time I arrived, it's been 17 minutes for the first in line to leave at 1110. It took 17 minutes for the 2nd in line to leave at 1127 and much to my surprise I was helped and revived my Rx and departed in 1 minute and departed at 1128. A total waiting time of 35 minutes with my car running and on a 30 minute lunch break.

The store is fairly spacious without being a warehouse. In addition to the small items we've had to purchase, they also have in stock wheelchairs and recliners that lift you from sitting position. There are items here for every walk of life. Every visit, staff has been so helpful, never rushed. Sometimes there's a wait to get a salesperson because they take their time with each customer. If I remember correctly, everything in the store qualifies for use with your health benefits card, which is a huge plus for me. Come in and look around; staff doesn't pressure purchases.
