Best customer service! I swear I've given Dennis every reason to hate me though. LOL. I'm in there 2-3x a week trying to get my Ray-Bans adjusted. The frames are so pliable that they just continued to move. Finally, because of their 90 day guarantee policy, we decided that it'd be best to get a more durable plastic frame. Dennis is beyond patient. I mean BEYOND!! When we've been in the shop, customers phone in and ask questions and he's thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He's the type you don't forget because he's that genuine. If there was an employee of the year for Target optical, no one would be able to measure up to him. Target optical has a great return policy: 90 days guaranteed you'll love your glasses or you can exchange/refund. That's a truly outstanding deal. I bought my glasses from them and I'm so satisfied. I returned my sunglasses and got another pair because I just couldn't do it. The frames, as much as I wanted to love them, didn't love my face. Ask for Dennis if you go in! I made an appointment with Dr. Moore for my daughter and unfortunately made the mistake of doing it through google. I was able to call and ask to add myself to the next available appointment. We were a bit early and we were able to look at frames and try them on. The staff there was very helpful and kind. Dr. Moore made my daughter feel very comfortable and made the eye exam more fun. This place used to be so good! Do Not have your eyes checked Dr Alexandra Moore! Target states they have a 90 day warranty but the Dr's policy is only 60 days. Went through a couple of pairs of glasses because of fitment issues and target took care but once I finally found the correct fitment on glasses I realized my prescription is not correct, burning and watering eyes and having a hard time focusing. Well for $30.00 she can redo by RX instead of making things right. She won't speak to you but tells Target that I need bifocals which my old pair of glasses work just fine and I needed a little update. $30.00 I guess means more to her than basic customer service. I will not recommend anyone to this establishment again. read more

They can not help you if you are medically unable to come into the shop. I would think in a world like today, they would be more humane and sympathetic to Ill Patience. Especially when I brought in all documents necessary. I asked if the medically ill patient could have his doctor get the measurements. I could provide video proof. She said I would forge something? It wasn't kind. It was very off putting and rude. The younger blond one seemed to not really know much, but the other one with dark hair in charge. She did not make me feel like she was here to help. I would not return. They didn't not say goodbye or anything just awkwardness and really cold. read more

Oh boy, where do I start? I don't enjoy conflict and don't leave reviews for businesses because of it. I used to have such great and FRIENDLY experiences at this location until I got the joy of dealing with Ashley. If you ever get her on the phone, she will cut you off and do anything to rush getting you off the phone. Whether it is wanting to purchase contacts over the phone to hold them or if it is simply calling to see if your contacts have arrived. Ashley also finds joy in hanging up on customers. I not once got an attitude or yelled, but the last time I spoke with her to get her name she gave me attitude once again and I let her know it isn't hard to be a nice human which she replied with hanging up on me. This has been ongoing for months, not just one situation. Anyway, I was simply tired of being talked to in a condescending way and I hope that she can get extra training in customer service or maybe it's time for her to be done in retail and find a different job where she won't be so annoyed and bothered by customers. Like I said, that Target optical will no longer get my business. Although River Park is a further drive for me, their employees in the optical department go above and beyond for their customers and whenever I mentioned 'sorry to be bothersome' they let you know to never feel that way and to always reach out with any needs and they will find a way to assist. If you're thinking about going to this location, I encourage you to also go to the River Park instead where you will be treated like a normal human being and don't end up feeling like crap. read more

Everything was amazing!! Dr. Castillo was amazing and explained every process as it was my first time to an eye dr. He was super patient and kind. The 2 girls working at the front counter were super amazing, they made me and my husband feel so comfortable, they explained and helped us find frames. I'd give this place a zero if I could. They take you to do the eye exam and yada yada yada and don't give you any kind of information on what you are going to be paying. Mind you, I walked in a few days prior to my appointment and physically handed them my insurance card. So the day of my appointment I have my insurance card available and they have my info in their system and still proceed with everything as if everything is free to me lol at the end they try to charge me for everything without ever getting my consent as to what I'm going to be paying for. Aaron, kept trying to talk over me and made me feel as if my feelings were unimportant. They made me feel very wrong for everything. All they wanted was to get paid and forget about what I was trying to say. This place is terrible, their communication is terrible, their attitude is terrible and at the end of the day...the customer is wrong. This wind be a hard zero stars from me. read more

I gave his place three stars because well it's a great location to stop in if you need to get your vision checked they don't except all insurances and they don't have as wide of a selection as other optical places for your lenses we went in and got our visit and then took our prescription with us I do like that they have Saturday appointments which I'll never get in a doctors office and who can take up work these days to go during the week definitely recommend stopping in for your annual visit but I would definitely get your contacts online or go to another place to get your frames read more

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an eye exam No balance showed on my account now the day of my appointment I get a phone call stating I owe I Fifty dollars Supposedly it was for a no show fee for over a year and a 1/2 ago which I called over 24 hours previous to cancel it the appointment because of covid At the time I made the appointment there was no fee again no fee and today the day of the appointment there's an extra $50 fee that the doctor added on they're at it on apparently she can do whatever she wants and not go by what the insurance says do not go to target optical they add on extra fees and then give your appointment away and have you as a walk in I had an 11 o'clock appointment they gave it away so now I'm considering a walk in if I go totally unprofessional that's totally unacceptable read more

I had such an amazing experience. I was doubtful because it's a Target branch, I have never been anywhere but my personal doctor. Dr silvas was so nice and offered me a product I had not heard of and even if I didn't do it it's good to know and I will definitely research it. I had a good experience here not only was all the staff super friendly when we walked in for our appointment but they were helpful in helping us choose the right glasses and answered all of our questions regarding what our insurance covered. They have a very good selection of frames for Men, woman and children frames including name brands. They except most insurances so that was a plus since I had two different insurances. I needed frames fast and got them in a few days not bad. We will definitely recommend family and friends as we also got our shopping and Starbucks all in one trip. read more

If you need help with your glasses stop in to see the great staff at this location. I did not buy my glasses here but I had an issue with them after I sat on them. My lens fell out and I lost a nose pad. I called and the manager told me to stop when i get a chance and she would help me fix them. with in the hour my glasses were like new and she didnt charge me. Anyone in retail knows, you should always greet your customer when they walk in. Unfortunately, this didn't happen today. I went in today to look at frames for my daughter and to size her for a pair I could find on an online website. She found a pair she really liked and I was thinking about getting them for her. When I asked the girl working some questions about the frames, she sounded irritated and gave extremely vague answers along with some agitated looks. Needless to say, I walked out not ordering any glasses and will take my business elsewhere. Perhaps if you open up a new service to your customers, maybe you should hire people who have a smile on their face and don't make your customers feel like they are a distraction to their job rather than actually doing their job which is providing decent customer service! read more
