I had fallen asleep on my glasses a few times over the past few month and noticed yesterday that they were significantly skewed which was causing optical migraines and saw my left leg was completely wonky. The guy behind the front counter needs a refresher course in manners. This little business operates within a small space. We walked in and the counter person, who's just in the next room, using profanity, saying F this, and F that. He then steps back to the counter to me and starts projecting his mood at me. He is unaware. He never said hello just asked my name, Gave me my glasses, never asked me if I was pleased with the repair, he just asked for the money and then he never said thank you. I had dropped off, then picked up my glasses two days later. His bad mood never changed. When my friend kindly asked about the eyewear sale, he snapped back, cut her off, and dismissed her. I was embarrassed. What are the chances I will return to this business when every dollar I spend should make me feel it was worth it? I brought two glasses in. One was a ray ban that needed nose pad replaced and the other was a Tag Heur with a broken hinge on the right arm. The gentleman replaced the nose pad on the Ray Bans efficiently and fast but I have to knock down a star because they couldn't repair the Tag Heuer. Instead I sent that out of town to get it repaired. I thought all glasses would be repairable here, evidently not. UPDATE: If you have a pair of glasses they cannot fix, look through Eyeglass Repair USA. You'll have to send it in, but they can repair ANY glasses. It's amazing they were able to fix my Tag Heuer and send it back to me within a week looking brand spanking new. read more
